Sticking Point Training Probably has some Merit I know its old school and so somebody has said it is BS (I think myself included). I have never had an issue off the chest but always lock out. I was watching my 435 Bench and I actually got faster where I normally slow down.

Love em on a cut. Hate em for a bulk (I feel gains are too temporary and they kill my appetite so better for a cut) and think they are a good choice a few weeks out of any strength comp.
This pretty much exactly. In general the more drugs the more muscle retention.
Most people say that the drugs themselves dont burn fat but I disagree. At the very least in a round about way. The increase in lean mass will increase calorie needs. The more efficient nutrition partitioning literally means that you are burning more fat for fuel and storing more carbs as glycogen and more protein is rebuilding muscles.
One last piece of anecdotal bro science is that I think orals have a way of making you look harder like no injectable will. Especially Anavar and Winstrol but even Dianabol will make you look fuller which in turn will make you look harder. I mean until the water retention kicks in at like day 4.
AM Weight: 101.6kg and my abs had outlines again. That of course went away as soon as I looked at water but still. I really like being this weight. So easy to drop a couple KGs.

Lot of excuses, I mean reasons for a shit workout. I went in way too early, probably a bit sick and still not fully recovered from Mondays workout. Lower Back, glutes and ham tie ins all felt fried. Even my knees felt shitty.

AM Weight: 100.15kg Wifey almost peer pressured me into drinks yesterday but then I tried to get off the couch and realized a strong reason I feel like that is probably because I drank last weekend so that ended that. Had some wings and candy then cut out carbs rest of the day so still dropping weight.
Also woke up at 615am which is a huge sleep in PR. Been getting up around 3-5am for quite some time. I am going to try to get that all the way to 7am.
