Knees feel better than they did last week but they werent having any assistance. I am pretty sure I will put Deads and Squats together again since I cant do assistance anyways. Kind of annoyed by that. Today it wasnt so much my shin like before as my knees like last prep.

Bench was off starting with the set up then I misgrooved everything and 375 felt heavy in my hands. 405 less so but still.

New Goal for this prep is to hit a 5lbs total PR in December then build off of that in January. I should have home brews and fresh orals for that.

Physique: Not a Complete Slob Delts were poppin today so I have some faith I am putting on some quality tissue. I think I am still over 100kg in the AM so maybe I am growing into this weight a bit which is ideal for me.

Diet: Yes Not tracking anything or skipping cheat meals. Eating mainly Beef and Brown rice. I found out if I eat brown rice I dont need another fiber source so hell to the fuck yea!!

That lean mass has to be a PR. I am getting pretty excited. I have never been this size and still have certain things like delt veins (all 4), upper quad defnition, back vein (on my shoulder blade) or even delt striations to this level. The amount of fat I feel on my ass and abs is way less that what I would expect at this weight. And I have another 14-16 weeks of lean bulking.

Game plan is to just keep eating and training like this through this prep and my next. I am hopeful I can can another 2-3 kg of lean mass (about 5kg body weight) then cut.

Hopefully my BF% will still be sub 20% in March so then I can lose about ~1% body weight each week and then I will be in just time for June 1st. That is using the Navy method which seems to be about 5% high, either way acceptance of the weight loss (and strength) will be key.

Luckily Luis is playing 20 questions (a minute) and relaying all that info to me. Also apparently all the strongman think that Eddie Hall is a p****. I refuse to use that word to describe somebody but you get the point. And they think Thor is awesome.

Any who it turns out they all think they did a lot of things to help Eddie win such as changing the events and questionable judging HOLY SHIT!!! I said all that, a lot of us did. I now give Thor a pass on the way he acted on the Podium etc.

I hate doing abs at this gym because there isnt a really good place to do them. Also bringing back the side bends because last time I got lean I was starting to have oblique straitions that I had never had before. That was the first time I ever really trained side bends so here’s to hoping they come back better…even if it does make my waist wider. I kind of know I wont be pretty, but I think I can have some muscle mass and be lean.

Bench went well, delts were a bit grindy feeling though. And my first reps are always so terrible on every set. Not a great quality for a powerlifter but that is what these days are about, getting heavy volume and hopefully, eventually all my reps will be good.

LOL, I have 2 huge issues with Vegans for humanitarian reasons. First, there are people in slavery, poverty, children starving etc. Animals just aren’t ahead of those issues. And second, your argument is that just because animals dont talk or might not be as smart as you doesnt mean they dont feel. Uhhhh just because you cant quantify how a plant feels doesnt mean they dont. The fact that plants repair themselves is proof that they feel.

I ate the equivalent of about 2 of those through out the day. My (lazy) version of an English Breakfast. The tea is “English Breakfast” so that is the important part I assume.

I woke up looking awesome so I was pretty sure I weighed like 95kg but holy shit up a smidge!!! Waist came in a bit. My neck I actually measured at like 48.5cm so I just assume some where there was a fk up and left it as is.

Bench every 1st rep is getting better. I think it might be that with out the bar pushing me into position I am out of position making the first reps off and also painful to my delts. 2nd reps felt great both in form and pain free. I worked really hard putting myself into what I thought was good position but just not good enough at it yet.

I play across 4 different levels (5 on really bad days LOL) so it is really easy for my to have a positive winrate and lose money or vice versa. Today was a true test of how far I have come as a poker player over the last year or so. Skill wise I am a better player than I ever was (the games are much tougher) but mentally I am a shell of myself. Both with stamina and stability. It is progressing though.

I have played 2k+ hands for 8 days straight now. I am going to keep that streak going and hopefully I keep progressing. #fksportsbetting

Its only about 2 hours of actual play time. I break it into short sessions and some in the AM and some in the PM. I play online on Stars PLO Zoom (~1000 hands per hour). Right now my brain is only good for about that many decisions in a day but it is getting better.

Pretty shit workout for life shit. I was really hoping for 585 for my 3x1 but nothing was there. On the plus side Squats did feel awesome.

My lockout on deads was shit again. I think I am a bloody shin deadlifter…but I have shin guards. By that I mean I have to sink my hips a bit more and sit back but this will drag the bar up my shins all day. I have noticed my touch and go reps are more RDLs compared to my best deadlift singles.

Gyno Surgery: Incoming? Hey kids wanna do drugs that make you huge and strong??? Gyno has gotten worse with time with me probably because I am running more and more test every cycle there is just so much more aromatization going on. I never had a problem with gyno before running Nandrolone but now I am losing the battle while taking 1mg Arimidex and 40mg of Tamoxifen (20mg AM/PM) every day. 2 more weeks and I am back on TRT for a while but next year I am running a tren+test POWA blast and I am going to start looking at gyno surgery costs and getting my glands removed.
