585 was fast AF until my grip started to give. New set up hasnt lost any speed off the floor.
Yea so I got some grip issues. In order of issue (I think) 1. Technique 2. Strength 3. My fat fkn thumbs.
Nothing I can do about the thumb getting fatter but Technique I just need to remember to set it. As for strength I am hitting the iso holds pretty hard and I also bought some finger extensor equipment that arrived today while I was in the gym (over priced fancy rubber bands that my fingers dont fit in and one is already broke). In the future I will just buy rubber bands.
Kynoselen LOL JJ is new to the steroid world and his buddy is telling him about all kinds of new stuff. I didnt know about this stuff and it pretty cool. Basically it is like a electrolyte mineral super injection made for race horses. As per the tested athletes the only thing on the banned substance list is Heptaminol but the main active ingredient of AMP I am fuzzy on as well. That being said because it is injected daily I dont think those things are in the system that long.

AM Weight: 101.05kg I was pretty worried I would be a lot lighter than this as I have dropped a lot of water weight the last couple days. I super cleaned my diet and dropped a significant amount of calories. Appetite just isnt there, I am always full so not forcing the food.

@MarkKO hit pause 3x5@418 for his back down sets the other day so I had to see if I could hit this for my top set. I set the safeties a bit high just in case and that is like a 55 pound PR for paused cardio.
After that it was a pretty awesome workout but I have some patella ish area issues flaring up. It isnt super painful and it doesnt hurt on my heavier sets. It hurts on every thing after my heavier sets. So not sure if the heavy aggravates it or if I have a weird tracking issue on lighter stuff or maybe something isnt being activated on my lighter stuff (like my glutes).
Raising Dion: Pretty Cool Like with almost all of Netflix stuff it is kind of slow but gets better as the season goes on. Now I am a bit hooked.
Stupid Brooklyn 99 pssht only 22 episodes and now I have to wait an eternity for the next season!!! Last episode was awesome though. Rosa overtook Holt as my favorite character. Skully and Hitchcock both occupy 3rd together (obv).

I have hit 375 for 5 and pretty sure I have only ever done 365 for 4 LOL. About 3 weeks after hitting that 375 for 5 I hit 450 so I do think my bench is on the right track.
Not sure if I should pause the Board Press or not. Not pausing is actually harder but the idea is to create power in the 2nd half of the ROM which I think pausing is better for. Anywho that is the workout I will use for prep.
AM Weight: 101.05kg after eating like a horse yesterday. Appetite was awesome so embraced it.
AM weight: 102.0kg Ate everything I saw Thursday and ate like an ass Friday. I am working on my January Bulk and Cut but the timeline is a bit short for what I really want to do.
Ideally:
Lean Bulk 6-8 Weeks
Maintain weight 4 Weeks
Cut to lose 10-15kg (~10% of Body Weight)
Maintain Weight 2-4 Weeks
Finish Cut getting to 5% Body Weight which would probably be another 15kg.
At minimum I am looking at 24+ weeks. That would be in time for the T-ransformation thingā¦but not the BBing comp in May.
These last couple weeks I have gained some lean mass to the point I might just start the cut in January which the timeline would work great the issue is what will I do with all this Nandrolone I have ??? LOL
I know you can cut on anything but its like saying you can hammer a nail with anything. Although a pillow would work its not what I am going to use.

Snatch Grip Rack Pulls are a surprisingly awesome back pump maker thingy. But they are harder on my lower back than Yates Row and Deads combined so I will probably just do the Yates Row going forward.
Mixed Grip Iso Holds: This seems weird for a hook gripper but I have my reasons. I have always thought the reason my hook was so strong was how long I trained Mixed Grip and with out straps. It made my hands/calluses tough and my grip stronger than anything else could. Double Overhand just wont use enough weight to provide that stimulus. At the end of the day sometimes it just takes weight. And lastly if absolutely need be I will pull mixed on Comp Dayā¦and undoubtedly in the process wreck my back. Just doing the mixed iso holds my back was feeling it.

Thats it. Everything got a bit more specific. I decided to only Deadlift once a week. Deadlift backdowns will be with belt and touch and go to use the most weight. Squats get back down sets for the first time in a while and will be tapered. Still deciding on whether to pause or Touch and Go the Board press. I will taper and cut assistance starting at about 2 weeks out.
Drugs: Lowered doses a bit so I can get away with only 2 injections per week. 700 Test + 600 Tren. Thursday will be my last day of Anadrol and most likely I will run Halo at 3 weeks out. One of my milder cycles to be honest.
OK now I am so tired I dont feel well. I barely sleep Friday nights due to work Saturday morning.

I was looking through some old numbers and found a pretty ridiculous 8 day stretch.
My top end Squat right now is probably 10-15kg lower than that but I have hit 3 Squat PRs over the last 2 weeks so I think I will have more when I start pushing the upper end again.
Bench is a smidge stronger but a TON healthier.
Deads probably 5-10kg lower than those singles (assuming I fix my grip) and way lower than 285 for 4. I might have been possessed that day. I havent done a lot of things I think are awesome but that is one of them.

I have been eating like an idiot the last few days and my performance sure noticed. Blood Pressure was a bit high (judging by how I felt when bracing and how impossible it was to get my thumb into Hook grip). Pretty sure I need to lose about 2kg and just stay at that weightā¦and also stick to my clean foods.
The Iso Holds were fkn brutal. Grip was better but hands are pathetic. Holding onto 405 with my Power Bar was so painful. Then afterwards I couldnt even do Hook Grip. I have a lot of work to do.
Shin has gotten way worse. Now it hurt for a couple warmups and even hamstring curls. It felt fine on my heaviest sets though. I am going to drop all back downs sets for the program and no assistance for at least this week.
Drugs: More fun stuff Gyno is coming back so going to add in Tamoxifen. Just thought I would share the bad with the good for all those kids that might read this.
Yea knee feels like shit, delts felt like garbage. I cant believe I am going to type this but I think its the Tren. I am going to drop the 600mg of Tren for 600mg of NPP and bump the Test back up to 2100mg per week. Today will be the last day of Anadrol, too.
I also am just not feeling as strong. The further away I get from high Test the less strength and health I am seeming to have. I have always questioned just how much strength I got from Tren anyways. In the past Tren has seemed superior to NPP for joint health but maybe not idk.
So in related news I guess the lean bulk starts now but instead of medium test with EQ it will just be High Test and then in January the cut starts almost straight away with medium test and high AF EQ.
In funnier and dumber news: So I was having a pain in my lower side back area. I thought maybe I pulled an oblique and my wife even thought maybe I broke a rib or something like that. It turns out it is Lat Doms. I have been doing pullups 4 days a week and then training Back the other 2 days. LOL so going to stop the Pullups for a bit.
Any who AM Weight: 100.9kg less dehydrated. Hoping with the cleaner diet and no more Anadrol my waist comes in a bit and I can get a better idea of where I really am at.

Now I want another go with Anadrol because I feel I wasted itā¦next year.

Those iso holds were incredibly painful. I thought my hands were just super weak (I mean they are) but it was super painful for the hook holds too. It is not that painful with 585+ on actual deads. There has to be something to adrenaline of deadlifting or something that takes away the pain.
Martin Licis is going to be in Cancun for his managerās wedding but doesnt have a place to train so he is in contact with Luis about training at his gym in Playa del Carmen. So fucking awesome. Everything happens after I leave PDC.
AM Weight 100.9kg holding strong and back to normal hydration levels. I have been sleeping a TON the last couple days. I significantly lowered my caffeine intake and I think the Tren is leaving my system. Pretty sure my Tren āBlendā was just Tren Ace which would be about half of what I thought I was taking and also a terrible idea to inject just twice a week which would explain the extra and earlier sides (like gyno) and lack of strength gains. I dont see this Powa program as my last so early next year I will try again probably with a tren/test blend to make all this a lot easier.

Skipped for idiot reasons. I injected 1050mg of test into my hip and I had terrible PIP. It is still too bad to Squat today so it looks like I will just miss it this week. On the plus will let my knees feel better and give my Deads some extra energy.
Malificent 2 was awesome. Although I am getting a little annoyed with all the inclusion lessons in movies these days. Its like your friend getting a DUI and you having to go to AA classes despite not drinking. At the same time I know its needed so I will handle it.

Off workout but I fixed my grip, lock out (set up) was shit again though. Basically I need to sink the bar deep into my palm to get my thumb where it needs to be then pull on it to let the bar slip to where it should be and then it is set.
I am going to come out with Hook Bible V2ā¦some day. Simplify and shorten the old one and add some new stuff like fat thumbs.
Iso Holds feel like stepping on a lego for my hands but my actual grip is not even close to breaking.
Work gonna be stressful AF these next 2 days. NBA is now in full swing and I had a lot more NFL action than normal. Poker is looking to be turning a corner though where I could start making real money at it.
Dia de Muertos or Day of the Dead. Last night we put out food over night for our lost ones to eat and then today we eat it. I left out pancakes, fresca and whiskey for my grandparents. Then of course the normal stuff for this day is Tamales, chiles, various nuts and fruits. Oh and of course Pan de Muerto or Dead Bread translated literally. Basically it is a giant sugar covered roll usually with a hint of citrus to the bread.
