Nice Pump, cant wait to lift heavy again next week. Hopefully after beating my back up a bit today it feels better. Its felt a bit off since yesterday’s Boobie pump.

A woman maybe 60kg hit 142kg (315lbs) for a beltless, sleeveless (no wraps) double today. I did the whole creeper record from a distance and posted it to my stories. I almost didnt post it because my wife gets self conscious in the gym sometimes but Wifey actually said it was fine. When wifey gets self conscious I explain that these women take it as seriously as I do (my wife has no interest in that) or that their depth is questionable (not to be a douche but it is what it is). With this woman I am very certain she is actually on cycle (more acne/bacne than me and she usually does not) which I obviously dont care but 1st of all dont compete with other people and especially dont compete with other people on gear…unless you beat them. Then take great pride in that.

Which brings me to this meme I am working on. Basically some moron says “If your boyfriend doesnt train legs you have a girlfriend” and my response to that is somewhere along the lines of “what woman do you know that skips leg day?” with some kind of sexism disclaimer built in.

OK another day, got to get some pokerz played.

Ooooo I have a meeting with some Gym / Government people who want to make a state of the art Olympic gym but also expand into Powerlifting and Crossfit. So they want to meet with me most likely just to get info but possibly to hire me as something. Ironically it is my wife who needs a job (I have 2) but I will leap at the opportunity for a 3rd if its a steady pay check. #FkGambling

Goals for next Block / SBD Day:

Bench: Clean 425 for 2nd (butt comes up), 445 3rd

Program: Not worried about jinxing it, I have been running a harder version of this program for a few months now.

Tuesday Squats are Comp except Paused now. Form actually feels great but depth could be a smidge better (which I actually think is because my stance gets a bit too wide). Also I dont want that day to take away from heavy deads.

Dead Shop no more pauses because it makes me slow off the floor and thats the only thing I am good at with deads so cant have that.

Barbell Rows are making a come back but they are the warm up exercise and then I can do as much or as little of them after that.

Drugs: I am adjusting the drugs each block. Block #2 I will try Anadrol (different source and hope its legit). Block 3 and 4 I am most likely going with Tren but possibly the NPP/EQ bulking cycle I had planned for “Winter”. There is a strong chance I run an 8 week block with the injectables as I feel that is when the effects will be peaking so build build build then YOLO!!! and I wouldnt have to waste a week deloading.

I legit think by the end of the year I will put up an 1800+ total with around 675-450-675 numbers.

My all time gym PRs are actually 1786 (661-450-675) so it really isnt that far fetched. There is one minor problem with those all time PRs though…

That is the bare minimum I have to do for Barbell Rows. Back still funky and doesnt seem to be getting better. I am going to spend a lot more time on my back (as per orders from my wife aaayyyooooo) and start attacking abs that I have been neglecting.

Ugh so annoying. I didnt talk with the person I was supposed to. They are 2+ hours behind schedule and want me to go in again later. Then nobody would give me a straight answer of what they want from me. If it is just info (not going back) or to hire me (would go back). 2 ways to annoy the shit out me is be late and then beat around the bush. Pretty sure the beating around the bush gives me the answer I need, though.

Ok I need a fkn nap, barely slept last night and probably have more work.

I repeat, LETS FUCKING GO!!! After that workout on July 23rd I changed everything about my Bench. Complete different set up and foot placement. Grip width and even Bar speed were changed. Today my delts didnt feel perfect but as the workout went on they felt better (oddly enough) and the 5x2 I couldnt complete was completed today as a 5x3 which I am also pretty sure is an all time volume PR. So one last time (this post, probably) LETS FUCKING GOOOO!!!

PR Total earns a Tequila. Possibly used for Deadlifts buuuut I doubt the intelligence of that given the amount of Anadrol I will probably have in my system.

Mercado Libre is a terrible thing. I can order alcohol, pretty much everything except actual drugs for my roids (syringes, vials, BA, BB…fliters I have to go to Amazon). Not to mention everything else you shouldnt be able to buy from the comfort of your own home.

That picture there is Espolon Reposado. If you want a decent and versatile Tequila (shots or mixer) but are a cheap skate like me go with that one. It comes aged in Bourbon or Chardonnay barrels. Personally I think the Chardonnay barrels would be a better taste but I couldnt help myself and went for the bourbon aged.

Good workout. Worked on my walk out and depth for Squats and for Deads I worked on not being a wuss.

Funny Story: Lower Backs are Dum (Spelt incorrectly for emphasis)

When I bench my back is in quite a lot of pain between sets to the point I can barely walk or load plates. Usually some time between my working sets to 5 minutes after benching my back is fine again. Then I don’t have any pain until next bench workout.

So last week on Thursday I didn’t comp bench thinking I would give my back a break. Well my lower back got real shitty. It got worse to the point I was using NSAIDs and on Sunday it was marginally better. It felt like I was constantly between warmup sets on Bench…until I comp benched yesterday. Then the pain went away and was fine today. So yea, lower backs are Dum (still spelt incorrectly for emphasis).

Aside from all that this is the healthiest I have been since probably when I totaled 1705 (pr) 2 years ago and especially at this strength. This is also the most assistance work I have done since then.

Good workout although barbell Rows sucked. Post Delts are going to make some gains I think now I know the secret to training them. Forget everything you thought you knew about proper technique. Round shoulders forward and some swear by minimal ROM I do think I get the best pump the further I go in the ROM which might have to do with the dumbbells being “heavier” at the top.

Fk me, I was flying high. After Monday’s PR workout, starting Anadrol today, my weight was 2kg higher than expected, delts felt great through wamrups, I thought 435 was in the bag and was thinking I might take 440. Then I started benching. 355 I could tell it wasn’t my day LOL.

I am going to switch my bench days so the Heavy Single has the extra day of rest and I might lower working sets to 3 for the Technique Day.

Am weight: 99.85kg I have been cutting (not hard) for about 3 weeks so I thought for sure I would be in the 97s maybe even lower. This has to be the leanest I have ever been at this weight.

I will know in a couple days if the Anadrol is legit but after the way I reacted to it today I think it is.

Good thing I record sets. My in head RPE is just that, in my head. I am legit afraid of weight in my old age.

Dead Shop LOL: After my last warmup with 405 I thought there was ZERO chance I got 10 with 445. After my 3rd rep with 445 I didnt even want to get 10 because then it meant I had to add weight next workout. At 6 reps I came to the conclusion FUK this I am NOT doing this weight again. After the 10th rep I just kind of laid on the floor with my legs on the bar, so I decided to multi task and get my crunches in.

“Pit Shark” was just me standing with my hands on the Smith Machine bar almost dying from Body weight Squats. I am remembering why I quit doing all this assistance… and also forcing my self at least through the volume regardless of weights.

Probably on pace for my first nose bleed. I have smelled blood in my nose before but never had the full on nose bleed. Pretty sure if I dont keep this diet clean I will experience that. Now having said that I will most likely eat like an asshole tonight (have the house to myself so Ice Cream in bed, duh #Iknowhowtoparty) and THEN eat clean… and also low carb through the weekend.

In the end it was all worth it. Added 0.28% to my progress. I am going to force myself to take 630 next week. 610 moved easy enough I could have gone up today.

As far as the actual total goes I think what ever RPE9.5+ Squat I hit in training will be good for a RPE9 or less 3rd Squat attempt on the platform saving me for Deads. Bench I will probably need to take 5-20lbs off my gym PR and deads who cares, YOLO AF all the way through Preps and the Platforms.

Am Weight: 102.6kg Anadrol is legit but I am not super impressed. So on the 6th day of Anadrol and after 2 super low carb days I gained almost 3kg. I don’t think that has transferred too much to strength though. I will give it until the end of this week and reevaluate. I wouldn’t mind hitting a body weight PR either of anything over 103kg.

Neck Injury yea so I always use my neck and head to help me flip over in the middle of the night and Saturday night I guess I was too fat because I pulled something when I tried that. In bed rest of the day because hunching over my laptop really aggravates it.

Upper Back is 95% but I still took it easy today swapping legs for back. This affects my training almost none.

Right delt has PIP rather minor and usual for delts

Left delt has either an infection or BA burn. I am treating both with antibiotics and icing, respectively. I will also skip out on a few days of injections and go to a lower frequency.

I just feel gross. Between a variety of pain pills (all OTC), the Anadrol and antibiotics I just feel gross. I actually think the antibiotics are mostly to blame.

So because of all that…

Yea so after going to 8 different pharamcies (I hate this city) to talk to a doctor (none were there) to get more anitbiotics for my delt the Doc says that its actually an allergy. I was hesitant but I am not a doctor and there was 0 risk if it doesnt work so she shot me with a cortisteroid in my “pompis” and now it seems that my delt is getting better quite rapidly (like she predicted). I didnt go to my normal doc because he is also a real doc with a day job…of being a doctor but on the other end of town. Probably would have been faster to go there though.

So yea this kind of makes sense to me.

-Every time I seem to get these reactions it is usually when injecting significant amounts and/or frequencies. In my own planning I had already decided I would dial back on both a smidge. (Daily and 2450mg weekly to 3x per week and 2100mg weekly).

-The Propionate ester itself is an allergen. Each cc of my test is 250 Enanthate and 100mg Prop.

-I have a suspicion that the “bad” test I got was actually prop so when I made it at 250mg/mL (and higher) and always had a shit reaction to it that is why. I have ran 100mg Prop every day before by itself and if I recall correctly that after a week or 2 I was getting this reaction. That doesnt make a ton of sense though because I ran blood tests to check half life times.

-It could even be the solvents that probably arent great to inject in large quantities (or at all) and the body has to purge them. Last time I got this reaction I had drank (heavily) so it would make sense my body couldnt keep up and that was the reaction.

OK gonna chill rest of day. That shot made me feel super weird. Also Wifey and me’s 5th year anniversary of our 2nd Wedding today so we might head out later. (we had 2, thats a funny story. So I said I only wanted 1 very small law wedding in home. So they decided that meant 1 small law wedding in home and then 1 huge wedding beach side in Mazatlan.)

I’ve always wondered how people on higher doses inject that much oil. What’s the biggest (ml) amount you’ve injected at once?

3mL of easier stuff (EQ/Nandrolone/Test but not even straight test) 2.5mL of a Tren Ace, Mast Prop Test Prop blend which was all kinds of fun (read: stupid). Had PIP, Tren cough, Tren sides (felt a bit wild as this was like 500+mg of Tren Ace in about 24 hours. Walking around mall later I could just tell that it was pretty dumb. #liveandlearn)

And I am kind of in awe of what some lifters can inject and run of short esters. If I had to I could get 22-24mL per week of easier gear. Which could be up to maybe 7-8g of gear but after 1-2 weeks I am pretty sure I would have the same issues. Even 7mL a week gave me issues by week 5ish and Test is generally well tolerated. Also the more mg I could get generally means the weaker the steroid so kind of what’s the point.

Speaking of that I am working out now how (injections) to run the most test I can with ~400-600mg of tren. I put a lot of thought into this stuff and it doesn’t seem to help much.

I love reading about steroids and your experiences with them, but man, they scare the shit out of me. Pinning, PIP, infections, sickness, side effects, hormones, estro management, allergies, quality issues, etc.

hahaha its really not that hard. I tend to push it too hard and that complicates it. Also in Canada you have access to a much higher quality of steroids that you guys dont have to worry about a lot of these things.

And I am glad you like reading about it :smiley: honestly I put the scary stuff in because most others do not. They usually just talk about how awesome it is and they are, there is just a lot of other stuff with it.

I honestly stopped talking about it for a while because I didnt think people were that interested in it…I also wasnt really running anything but TRT either but yea.

Little context. My Wife is going a bit baby crazy. All of her friends have had kids in the last 1-2 years and we always agreed on not having them (or living in Torreon). Today after me communicating that there is no need to annoy me about me having hiccups for a couple hours she said “you wont let me have a baby so are my baby!!!”

She made me take my temp, now my blood pressure. 148 / 68 which considering my machine always measures me 10 points high (arm too big checked by and compared with doctor readings), its the afternoon, I just got done with Squats (with 400mg of Caffeine and 150mg of Anadrol for a preworkout) that is really good.

I know my wife would make a great mother, but I really dont want to raise kids in this world, especially not this city.

That is a life time PR. I didnt do anything else because I wildly over shot my Squat workout when I was supposed to hold back for a heavy dead single buuuut ni modo. Well then I sat to rest up a bit and my adductors got a bit tight so I skipped everything else.

This is the strongest I have ever been with out tren. I think if I were to YOLO a total it would be in the high 1600s and my all time PR is 1705 (bunch of tren) Very happy with that.

Drugs: yea so popped 150mg Anadrol pre workout because frankly I didnt really notice 100mg other than some bloat. Pretty sure it is under dosed so that is probably closer to 50-75mg now any ways. I am also drastically reducing my test dose and going to add tren now, maybe.

To give a little more insight into my OCD:

Top table is the relative strength of cycle. Tren is agreed to be some where between 3-5 times stronger than test. So this accounts for that and gives a relative dose in Testosterone terms. Bottom chart also accounts for ester weight which considering all of these are blends is a fun little pain in the ass. I actually do mean fun, I love numbers and stuff. This is a loose plan for the next 8 weeks although I doubt I go to phase 2 as Titan lasts 2 weeks and then Phase 1 can go a breezy 6 weeks. This short cycle should keep sides to a minimum and the gainz from the Tren should be peaking right at SBD time. In my experience 6-8 weeks is the peaking of gainz. If you are coming off completely I would run it all longer because the longer you hold those gainz the more you will keep off cycle but as I just blast and TRT I dont need to worry too much about that.

Which brings me to this. My body clearly needs a break. I am hoping to have my last SBD day December 2nd then take the rest of December off from pinning anything. TRT through January then bulk and cut february to May/June. There is a BBing show here in May that I am currently considering. I have seen what does well and I think I have been better while never being at my best.

I am also considering starting this now. I havent pinned the Tren (or anything in a few days) so I could just continue with the test and then after this SBD day take my break then. Enjoy the rest of October no pins and start everything back up after thanksgiving.

OK off to have lunch with fam then grind the poker tables.

One more idiot story: In TUDCA I trust

So I never started the TUDCA. I just kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow etc. Well today I woke up at 330am. Couldn’t sleep. Popped 10mg of Melatonin and nothing. Got out of bed at 500am, played some poker had breakfast and tried to take a nap (like usual). Nothing. Developed the hiccups. Went to the the gym at noon with out a 2nd meal because I just wasn’t hungry (normally I would be starving with 0 energy). Shoulder got a lot worse. Still wasnt hungry. Doc said my hiccups were probably indigestion… Light bulb. Took 700mg of TUDCA and ate the chicken out of meal 2. Went to play poker and was falling asleep in the hands. My body finally started to digest the Melatonin. My hiccups stopped almost completely. Went upstairs and took a 3.5 hour nap. My delt got a ton better.

I’m a fucking idiot. I tend to think that alot of this, if not all of it would not have happened if I just was taking my TUDCA. I am ordering more now.

My Bro understanding of TUDCA and my best bro guess for what happened: TUDCA is bile from a bear that helps the liver by helping digestion. The liver does a lot of the work in producing bile normally. But when you take orals the liver has to work more and can (will) become stressed. Antibiotics kill gut bacteria so once again liver needs to work harder again. My allergic reaction was probably from an overload processing everything in the injection and then the Anadrol complicated it. Then the antibiotics made digestion just stop.

The TUDCA would have at least helped in some way. Crazy how simple this stuff really is. Eat bear bile so digestion keeps going. No more problems.
