Little context. My Wife is going a bit baby crazy. All of her friends have had kids in the last 1-2 years and we always agreed on not having them (or living in Torreon). Today after me communicating that there is no need to annoy me about me having hiccups for a couple hours she said “you wont let me have a baby so are my baby!!!”
She made me take my temp, now my blood pressure. 148 / 68 which considering my machine always measures me 10 points high (arm too big checked by and compared with doctor readings), its the afternoon, I just got done with Squats (with 400mg of Caffeine and 150mg of Anadrol for a preworkout) that is really good.
I know my wife would make a great mother, but I really dont want to raise kids in this world, especially not this city.

That is a life time PR. I didnt do anything else because I wildly over shot my Squat workout when I was supposed to hold back for a heavy dead single buuuut ni modo. Well then I sat to rest up a bit and my adductors got a bit tight so I skipped everything else.
This is the strongest I have ever been with out tren. I think if I were to YOLO a total it would be in the high 1600s and my all time PR is 1705 (bunch of tren) Very happy with that.
Drugs: yea so popped 150mg Anadrol pre workout because frankly I didnt really notice 100mg other than some bloat. Pretty sure it is under dosed so that is probably closer to 50-75mg now any ways. I am also drastically reducing my test dose and going to add tren now, maybe.
To give a little more insight into my OCD:

Top table is the relative strength of cycle. Tren is agreed to be some where between 3-5 times stronger than test. So this accounts for that and gives a relative dose in Testosterone terms. Bottom chart also accounts for ester weight which considering all of these are blends is a fun little pain in the ass. I actually do mean fun, I love numbers and stuff. This is a loose plan for the next 8 weeks although I doubt I go to phase 2 as Titan lasts 2 weeks and then Phase 1 can go a breezy 6 weeks. This short cycle should keep sides to a minimum and the gainz from the Tren should be peaking right at SBD time. In my experience 6-8 weeks is the peaking of gainz. If you are coming off completely I would run it all longer because the longer you hold those gainz the more you will keep off cycle but as I just blast and TRT I dont need to worry too much about that.
Which brings me to this. My body clearly needs a break. I am hoping to have my last SBD day December 2nd then take the rest of December off from pinning anything. TRT through January then bulk and cut february to May/June. There is a BBing show here in May that I am currently considering. I have seen what does well and I think I have been better while never being at my best.
I am also considering starting this now. I havent pinned the Tren (or anything in a few days) so I could just continue with the test and then after this SBD day take my break then. Enjoy the rest of October no pins and start everything back up after thanksgiving.
