Little disappointed, twice. I probably had 415-420 ish if I picked my sets better (355-385-415) but as chosen I am not sure I could have hit 405 for another single. Also delts feeling a bit grinded down so I have scripted next weeks bench workouts and dropped working sets from 3 to 1 in hopes they heal up. Other wise I will be going back to a 2x per week frequency when I had actually really hoped to go to SBD days 3x per week.
Going back to that frequency means I can do a ton more BBing which I am also kind of itching to do. I just dont want to do that nearly as much as I am committed to a better total and I think SBD days would be the most committed program I could do.
AM Stats: 98.6kg / 96.5cm Waist / 45cm Neck / 20% Body Fat (Navy Method) Finally got the Huevoâs to check my numbers. Not terrible. I am pushing my stomach out as far as it goes with good posture to make sure it is fully relaxed. This way I should get a more consistent measurement in the morning.
OK, I have watched this about 20 more times and every time I watch it it looks a little faster. I had 425. I think the grindy delts and slight misgroove threw me off.

Hip was bothering me after Squats probably because I have to Yoke Carry each set about 30 meters before I can squat it. My inevitable solution to this is a new gym. I have 2 on my radar.
Other than that 570 was air and 600 I never thought I might miss it but calling it slow is being generous. I really think I just forgot to stand up. It also rolled up my back a bit.
I am going to see how my body feels after this week but I have 3 rather different directions my training could go. I need to get at least 1 SBD day under my belt so no matter what that is happening. Even if I go 225-135-225 I will get an SBD day.
OK, work this week has been a nightmare dealing with BS again so fun. We are back on track now though so gots to go to Sorriana then probably a couple more hours of poker.

Yea went to Overtrain Gym and it was twice as bad as I remember. Only reason I went was to see if maybe they changed anything for the better. They did not.
I also wasnât motivated at all. Body is sore and rundown. I am actually doing a bit of a de-frequency right now to heal up while I select a gym I donât have to yoke walk. Most likely I go back to my Powa Building program anyways. The main point of this frequency was to learn or relearn motor patterns for Bench and Squat and I think I did that.
Work went well today and all my headaches from yesterday have been resolved. Probably taking the rest of day off for a Metalacolypse marathon.
Physique has hardened up a ton the last couple days. I have made it to the point where I donât look like a fat ass in the morning.

Yea, Monday my delts were less sore, my form was better and 405 was faster. I took 425 today for the mental aspect. Then I misgrooved it so fkn bad. I put it way too low on my chest and I knew it and so the pause was a bit longer while I contemplated my life choices up to that moment hoping my wife would know to add weight before calling the hearse.
Not sure how I am going to do assistance because the dip bars at this gym dont give me a ton of confidence but I greatly prefer that over Incline. IDK we will see. It will be cool to hit some bigger Incline NumbersâŠyou know, for the gram.
Yea so poker sucked balls today. some fkn bullshit really. Average all in equity was ~54%⊠I won 31% of those all ins. Its the equivalent of flipping a coin 100 times and getting heads 31 times (because we always take tails because tails never fails). Technically slightly worse as the coin flip is 50-50 and I was 54% but what evs.
Oh, and my Aunt is hard AF. Just heard her life story, or part of it. Her husband got involved with the Cartel (wasnt really optional where she lived). Well she saw him murdered (she was out in the field at a distance or something with her daughter) and she hid in the desert for a day no food or water until she could go back. Well the cops talked to her so that put a price on her head so she fled to a remote part of Mexico for 15 fkn years with her daughter.

Physique I have been skipping the cheats for about 2 weeks now so I am not a complete slob but the last couple days I have doubled my Adex dose to get my Estro down to probably where it should be and I am eating significantly less carbs. This has leaned me out a bunch more over the last couple days so I should not look terrible tomorrow. All that might have contributed to how my body felt with squats today but as soon as the pool party is over its back to water buffalo city.
So this weekend is my nightmare. Pool Party early Saturday. Birthday Party Saturday Night. Sunday lunch party for mi Abuelaâs 90th Bday. Monday Bday dinner or something for my DoctorâŠand long term friend and hermanitaâs boyfriend. All this while a shit ton of work. But hey ITS FRIDAY THE 13TH!!! My favorite holiday. Definitely taking the rest of the day off from poker. I might take the rest of the weekend off from poker. Its been a rough week on the tables so just taking a break will be nice.
So tired. Work and diet are killing my sleep. I really donât think tren is that responsible for bad sleep. I think most of the time people are in a deficit when using tren.

We just went to see this and actually enjoyed it. I expected it to drag on a lot more than it did since it is nearly a 3hr movie. But yeah, not really a super scary movie or anything and pretty silly, but has some decent actors/tresses and comedy along the way to keep it entertaining.

Its going good, it feels cleaner than anything else if that makes sense. And this is the most test by about a gram. But supposedly 500mg tren is like 2.5g of test so it all equals out.

LOL this fkn City has to be the worst city on earth. Torreon sucks. Climate, pollution, crime, poverty, corruption (the governor made Uber illegal because he owns a Taxi business I shit you not). I would say that the roads were designed by 3 children with Hot Wheels but even they wouldnt be so stupid with the lay out. Their idea of traffic control is more potholes than people and camouflaged speed bumps. But I am not even going to talk about that stuff. I found out it is illegal to have salt on the tables in restaurants. Sugar? Cool. Smoking? No problem. But Salt? The one thing that was debunked as a health issue like 2 decades ago? HELL NO!!! Like who the fuck do they have working for them?
The prior organization passed a law that banned smoking in public places but this organization abolished it. So yea, this city is the fkn worst.
