I was wondering if anyone’s tried FSI Clear Creatine. Supposedly it is highly bioavailable making it more effective than other creatine products. Here is a link to the product. I would appreciate any feedback if anyone’s used it. Thanks.
Is there any evidence that creatine monohydrate is NOT already highly bioavailable?
I see their claim as being similar to how for a while it was a fad for foods that never had cholesterol in them and where the competing products also don’t have any cholesterol – for example, vegetable oils – to have stickers saying “NOW WITH ZERO CHOLESTEROL!”
Thanks for the response.
I personally am not aware of the bioavailability of this or other creatines. The way it’s worded, it sounds like bioavailability and stomach discomfort are somehow related, as if to say some creatine products cause stomach discomfort (due to crappy quality) and also have low bioavailability.
In the past I know I had some issues with regular creatine but the German creatine was always fine with me. At the same time, iSatori had an effervecent creatine called MetaCel and I used to get bloated like a dead cow every time I used that stuff…I’m talking some serious episodes where I felt like I gained 10lb of fat because of the bloating…effing horrible.
The true test for this product I guess would be if someone has simply tried it and found it to be good or crappy.
