In the health food stores around where I live, I see a pretty good selection of fruit jams with no added sugar. Some are sweetened with fructose and some with sugar alcohol. Some are claiming to be nothing but fruit.
Are those with fructose ok to incorporate in the diet or not a good idea?
I would just watch to be sure to avoid high fructose corn syrup; this particular form of fructose (as opposed to naturally occuring fructose) seems to elicit all sorts of problems.
