Front Squat to Back Squat Ratio

Who knows what the exact average ratio is, from what I’ve seen, I’m assuming .85 is fair enough…
I’m 86 kg
been doin squats for about 8 months…max i’ve hit is 153kg back squats
max front squat is 125 kg

Its a tad under average, ratio wise, never mind my poor numbers, but I havent done ab work in over a year…
For the complete absence of ab work I feel like my front squat numbs are pretty respectable, what do you guys think?

Mind you, I’m no olmpyic lifter. Although, I wish…

My front squat is 10 pounds less, my back squat is 200 pounds less… Im working on it too.

Im 6feet and a Long armed/Long legged guy. Have not MAX front squatted in a long time, was gonna do it with my back squat workout a few days ago, but felt really good back squatting and got a PR of 460lbs, my max front squat is 300. I weigh 215

Poliquin teaches us (in PICP Level 2) that the front squat should be 85% of the back squat.

FQ:315lbs
