just added at least 25 kilos to my Back Squat PB over the past 3 weeks. id stopped back squatting fro 4 weeks to focus on front squats. Reckon they are a big factor in the big increase in front squat.

I would recommend raising and keeping your elbows pointed upwards when coming out of the hole in the front squat so that you keep your chest up and straighten your back out a little
