I’m not really trying to get “cut upped” or have some “ripped abz” to show off. I just want to have my jiggly belly of for school. I just kind of want to look like I don’t carry extra bagage (swimming in gym). I know a lot of you will tell me to eat and not worry about it. But I think 8-10% bodyfat is a good range to stay in year round, and things I’ve read support that. I train hard and just need some advice on an upcoming diet.
Breakfast: oatmeal and 2-3x scrambled eggs/water
pre lunch: protein shake 2x scoops ~48 grams or protein
lunch- meat+cheese or peanut butter on grain/water
lifting at ~3 pm
dinner: whatever rents make unless it’s total crap
Post dinner: tuna
night time: peanut butter sandwich or yogurt with milk
probably a mile or two sog or sprinting.
I’m likely to start boxing sometime reletively soon so that may take the place of running.

After I get lean enough I’ll add some calories[/quote]
Have you thought about HIIT sprints instead of running?
