What do the hardore sprints do for my body?
Why dont I do isolation exercises?
What is safe/unsafe about HOT-ROX?
What is an optimum brand of creatine Monohydrate?

The sprints will increase your metabolism throughout the day.
Isolation exercises increase your time in the gym. Time wise, they’re a waste. You want to reduce the time you spend in the gym, to keep your cortisol levels low.
I won’t comment on the safety of HOT-ROX, because I REALLY DON’T KNOW. You wanted abs, not longevity.
I like the prolabs creatine monohydrate powder. The GNC brand is fine too. Creatine is creatine, what you don’t want is one of those creatine fruit punch drinks. Just get the regular creatine monohydrate and mix a spoon full of it in your post workout drink.

Dude, this is such a gay bet. 2 guys(edit - lightweights) comparing abs. Why don’t you both enter in a beauty contest?
Shouldn’t you be having a chin up comp or something?
This is where I get offended and say that I can kick your ass because youre talkin trash and then starts the pointless “internet octagon”?
Thats not a bad idea man, We should have a chin up contest! Us lightweights would look great for the beauty contest with superior lats and biceps… Thanks for the idea bro!
Its funny I said that because your actually heavier than me.

Roger that… Thanks for the help fellas…Still looking for the resident expert on HOT-ROX usage…
No soda, no candy, no chips. Those are foods for fatasses.
Get yourself some HOT-ROX and some Creatine Monohydrate.
Do a few sprints every day. Like when you’re on the sidewalk or whatever, just sprint, like you’re trying to run fast enough to take off and fly.
Eat pretty small portions.
Get up early and go to bed at a decent time.
Eat 8 or so small meals a day. A shake IS a meal.
Outstanding… I do most of those already…

Are you serious? Why do sprints??? Dude, keep wearing blue in a sandy-brown desert. That’s smart. Keep doing the ab contest and stay off the steroid forums.
Alright fellas… Its been more than a month since i decided to start eating and lifting hard… Ive gone from 201 lbs to 209 (as of may 22)… Ive been doing the shutup program while taking creatine, 210g of protien and about 3800-4000 calories daily…Ive incorporated high intensity training with a timed pyramid of sprinting for about 10 minutes daily… Im feeling pretty sore currently ( yesterday= squats, deadlifts, legpress, leg curl, standing calves, rotary calves.)
My Goal is to reach 225-230 before I cut back down…
