I have had a low level nausea for a few weeks. It turned into defcon 5 this morning at 1:17 AM. I really regret eating a slice of that frozen deep dish pizza.
Today I have had two cans of ginger ale, a

. I have slept all day.
As I attempted to get equipment ready for is evenings workout I started getting nauseous again. I will workout Thursday.

I feel tired, but no rocketous vomiting. My Alsatian is ready to play ball.. And I have to work, teach, whatever it is this new generation of teachers. thinks I do. I do know, and it is rare, when a fight breaks out the come looking for me. That is pretty chicken shit.
Aside from that, I did have a hard session. I think usually I say, good, or it went well⦠This one was hard. But I had two exercises where I move weight/resistance next week.

I think I had food poisoning. I bought some frozen goods. I could tell they had defrosted because the won tons were welded together, then they froze back together. Brutal. that is all I can ay. thanks for the concern.

I skipped my sauna for now. Maybe later.
I did vacuums, then added leg raises. I am hoping they will help facilitate keeping that belly button hernia in check. I cannot afford a repair on that.
My first set of dips was my best in awhile. Then the next two sets slowed up.
My weight is steady between 199 to 201 lbs. I have really cut back on A-1, Bleu Cheese dressing, etc. I am not sure I have paid attention to condiments. But as far as salad is concerned, I view salad as the canvas and Bleu Cheese as the medium.

Edit: I must state that I was pleased that the 49ers were able to pull out their game yesterday. ESPN kept going on about it being Shanahanās best coached game. I wish that might have included a Super Bowl. My bucket list, to see the 49ers win another Super Bowl, and the now Las Vegas (Sacramento) Athletics win another World Series. Oh, and cruise Hamburg to the Black Sea. Carry On!

I quit 12 years ago and itās one of the best decisions I ever made.
Honestly, I miss it and I miss the breaks throughout the day, but I donāt miss coughing all the time and having to go stand out in the freezing cold.
Itās definitely way more of a PITA than itās worth. Not looking back thatās for sure.
Plus trying to hide the odor from my wife. And co-worker. It is expensive. Thank you for the input.
