Friedrich is Beyond 35... Really Beyond

He does get cutesy, that is a good description.

Precious might be better, lol.

Same here. I can’t stand typing on my phone… Good job on that session!

Good amount of work for 23 minutes.

I do not try to make it a race. I am also not trying to finish as fast as possible. I do try to be efficient however. There are times I might take 30 minutes. There are days, particularly if I am tired, reconfiguring the equipment takes longer than it should. I misplace a load pin, or a bench pin. Sometimes I am actually holding something while I am looking for it. Thank you for the compliment.

Soloflex III

Pre-Workout: Doughnut Shop Blend

Woke from a nap. Had my pre workout. I counted ab stimulator time this workout. I normally do not.

No cardio today. The REHIT did not happify my knees since Thursday. The session must have greased them. No pain at the moment.

I am going to post this and head to my Kindle.

See You Tuesday! And, Happy Father’s Day!

REHIT tomorrow

Early evening. I am getting used to the switch, AM to PM. A summer thing I guess. A good session this evening.

See you Thursday!

Post Workout: I watched the 7 Ups with the great Roy Scheider. A movie in the French Connection, Serpico genre. It came out in 1973(?).

I held steady at 200 pounds for another week. That is good. My appetite is more under control. I have been giving protein shakes another try. I still get nauseated. Regardless, weight is trending down.

More Extra: I noticed last evening post workout, my forearms are back. Or at least have muscle. After the COVID I had lost a lot of muscle, and my forearms were literally skin and bone. Though, I can say I looked a lot better than Bill Phillips (Body for Life). Apparently he was in a coma for 6 weeks. The pictures after he woke were frightening.
