I do not try to make it a race. I am also not trying to finish as fast as possible. I do try to be efficient however. There are times I might take 30 minutes. There are days, particularly if I am tired, reconfiguring the equipment takes longer than it should. I misplace a load pin, or a bench pin. Sometimes I am actually holding something while I am looking for it. Thank you for the compliment.

Post Workout: I watched the 7 Ups with the great Roy Scheider. A movie in the French Connection, Serpico genre. It came out in 1973(?).
I held steady at 200 pounds for another week. That is good. My appetite is more under control. I have been giving protein shakes another try. I still get nauseated. Regardless, weight is trending down.
More Extra: I noticed last evening post workout, my forearms are back. Or at least have muscle. After the COVID I had lost a lot of muscle, and my forearms were literally skin and bone. Though, I can say I looked a lot better than Bill Phillips (Body for Life). Apparently he was in a coma for 6 weeks. The pictures after he woke were frightening.

Good pump. I do not have my log with me. So instead of guessing I just recorded here what I remember. I felt strong, but reps were down, though I think three out of five exercises I had increased resistance. Give me a minute, I can come up with more excuses for my drop in reps.
I had planned REHIT rides this week. My wife is out of town. I think it best, if I am home alone, not to go all out on my Airdyne. Going into vapor lock, during or after, a short but intense exertion might not be the wisest choice. I might have a cheese pizza tonight.
I downed my Tim Hortonās Columbian blend with no cream, or sugar. Just plain. I do not have a coffee pallet, but it was not unpleasant. I just wonder if Horton heard The Who.
Enough of corny jokes and eluding to movies. I actually had a good session this morning. As I wrote, a good pump, the squats had me huffing and puffing, as my weight slowly decreases my muscle tonus is starting to peak through. I even proved to my wife I can still do the pec pop, but not as impressive as before.
I keep thinking I should switch up my workouts. But, though there are days I feel stagnant, generally I still enjoy these three full body sessions. I am headed to California in three weeks. I am taking some dumbbells with me. I also have one more free session at The Exercise Coach. I might take them up on that. The equipment fascinates me. The HIIT added to the post resistance workout, it gets intense. They have those handle pedaler machines. Weāll see, we are there for a wedding. Five PM in the Sacramento Valley, July. The theme is Bridgerton. I will be wearing a linen, Cuban influenced, shirt and pants.

I get Tim Hortonās and San Francisco Bay Coffee off Amazon. Hortonās is drip, San Francisco I have been getting pods. Both are a mid roast. That is my full knowledge of coffee.
My family is quite disfunctional. It might be a beautiful wedding. It might turn into Monday Night Raw. I guess it depends on how much booze flows.

REHIT exercycle 6 minutes, 2 twenty second bursts
I did this on my wifeās exercycle. Not nearly as robust as on the Airdyne. But I gave it a go. My GSD kept trying to drop his ball on my lap. I do not usually raise my voice with him but I did.
Tomorrow is Soloflex III. I might put twenty minutes on the Airdyne.

Good pump. My triceps and shoulders felt swole. The number of dips was a disappointment. Maybe because, instead of trying to sleep last evening, I started looking into the Karen Read trial. So I went down the YouTube rabbit hole. The best? I thought two retired (?) officers from Las Vegas. Take aways? I think she is highly intelligent. That does not mean she did it. I think I will keep the rest to myself.
I made a cardinal error yesterday. I ordered Albertsons home delivery while I was hungry. Chips, dip, Coke, hot dogs (I then discovered I am out of mustard. Scheisse.). I have slowed the calorie intake way down today.
I have not sauna-ed in sometime. It was 90(?) on Thursday. I had the pellet stove on this morning. Welcome to the Mountain West! It is supposed to be cooler tomorrow. So this evening a sauna felt good. Plus I had some low back pain. I wanted 3x12 on the dead lift, but backed off. I realized I had forgot to take my pill.
Yesterday was my visit to my neurologist. Still status quo. I am still walking. Very functional. I told him they are not going to put any god-damned rods in my back. I think that startled him a bit. I have seen, and held, one of those. No way. No how. I have had excruciating back pain since I was a teen. It started when I was moving water pipe, picking plums, and moving boxes full of plums. I do not like plums. I do like pluots. Go figure.
OK, depending how I feel, I might return to M-W-F.

My wife and I had a debate about Karen Read the other day. Iāve been in law enforcement for 32 years, and I think there are some serious questions. Did she do it? Who knows.
I go back and forth. I am not law enforcement, but I would like an unbiased individual to go through the FBIās findings. It may have only been: the police muffed this up, do not take it to trial. That retired Canton policemanās (Peter Murphy) interviews were brutal, and though he did not get subpoenaed, I think he helped fire people up. I wonder if he and Brian Albert had a beef. Their careers had to overlap.
Regardless, she either has been vindicated, or managed to pull off a coup. Or did Turtleboy pull the coup off?
Also, where is the dog buried?
Edit: This sounded a lot more āknow it allā than I wanted it to, since I do not know it all. I was listening to a reporter and his pal, an attorney, from Los Angeles last evening. Their take? It may have come down to white + hot = a not guilty verdict. Wouldnāt that be something.

I have a bigger keyboard. Trying to type on my phone is like trying to type on Mini M&Ms. Time consuming.
Woke up at 5:00 AM and moved around a bit. Sucked down a cup of Hortonās Medium Blend, waited for it to kick in, and off I went. Total time has increased since I have started adding the ab stimulator time.
A good session. The incline press was great. My pulldowns were fewer reps, but I felt it well into my latissimus. Seated press and curls were a bit short. Squats however, I should have gone for the 15 reps in the middle set, but I caught a second wind and squatted 15 reps on the third set. I ended with a nice thigh pump. Maybe I should have taken a shot at 20 reps.
I napped yesterday. Spent a lot of time playing ball with the dog. I watched Pale Rider after. I love that movie, but it is a hidden remake of Shane which is also a classic.
I do like the conflict between the man with no name (Preacher) and Stockburn. Eastwood did a good job of letting the audience know they had a past, but never let on to why? Even the very end when Megan is yelling āI love you Preacherā¦ā takes the ending from Shane. Regardless, Pale Rider is a classic. Crap, 40 years old now. I remember when Casablanca turned forty.
Edit: On another note. I recall asking sometime back if or what anabolic chili is. I ended up searching YouTube and watched a couple of people make āanabolic chiliā. Oddly, it is the same way I have been making chili my whole life. Go figure.
