Last Thursday I hooked a trout that u-ed my fishing rod and snapped my line (6 lbs test) as I was pulling it up out of the water. I did formally land a rainbow and a beautiful brown the same afternoon. I fished everyday since, two known bites. So slow… And the one I did not land, hand to G*d.
Speaking of slow, I am slowing down physically with this workout. I have typed that before.
Pre Workout: French roast
Ab Stimulator: Mode III. Level 10. 20 mins
Incline Press: 1x15, 1x12, 1x8
Dorsi Bar Pull Down: 2x8, 1x5
Shoulder Press: 3x8
Standing Curls: 2x9, 1x8
Squats: 1x12, 2x10
Total Time: 22:00 mins
I did increase resistance on the incline press and squats. Those reps ranges pleased me. Everything else seemed to drag.

Up Right Row. 2x12, 1x8
Donkey Press. 2x15, 1x12
Deadlift. 1x10, 2x9
Total Reps 138
Total Time. 30 minutes
The dips started strong. I reached nine dips again. It has been a bit. However sets two and three suffered.
Assisted pull ups, they were good.
The next three exercises were good to go!
Eight hours until I am at the Sabaton/Judas Priest concert in Idaho Falls. Yes kids, we get excellent concerts in America’s outposts.

We did. We bought, by accident, tickets in the luxury boxes. Quite nifty.
Pleasant surprise I am sure! Did it have free food and drinks?
Not for $90 a ticket. But, the bathroom was marble, the seats comfortable, and our waitress was lovely. It all made $8 nachos seem like a deal. But, the box next to us had the buffet going.

My umbilical hernia appears to be holding steady. That is a good thing.
