Guess I had…I had back pain ever since I started lifting. Scoliosis, Scheuermann’s disease, Kyphosis…strangely though, the last doctor I talked to said I was ok…though one can easily see my hips/back aren’t too well aligned. The pain subsided once I started rounded back lifting, but if I over do it, or do some exercises, it comes back with a vengeance…as in pain felt every step.
And sore back muscles make me haaaapy… believe me I can tell between soreness and pain.

Not an expert but a spine roller might be of use maybe ? A guy (one of the authors) on here is a DC, I’m sure and he might offer some insight or someone who knows about your conditions.
