An attempt to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time:

This was going to be his next test according to his post So its an IDEA NOT something he is recommending!! But I have seen MANY posts on trying to gain muscle while losing fat using the protocol so I thought I would post it anyways*****

Only one meal a day plus this protocol?[/quote]

He was experimenting to see how little food he could eat and still gain/maintain, think he may have also used it to lose weight at one point. He doesn’t recommend it normally.

Not exactly correct. Well the main reason for only eating one meal a day was to lose weight. As I mentioned before, I had a heart condition that led to sleep apnea and narcolepsy when I gained a lot of weight. At 240 I wasn’t feeling too good. I wanted to drop the weight (even the mass) I gained and wanted to drop it quickly so that I would feel better. This is why I only ate one meal a day.
