Reasoning behind this approach.
While EOD or twice a week looks good on paper, in real world application how much different will it be? Feedback I’ve read said they haven’t noticed a difference doing one way over the other and have gotten great results shooting less often as well.
I want to here feedback from you guys, but only if you actually ran it EOD opposed to something like every 3rd-4th day…

If I can get the same desired effect and inject less, thats what I’ll aim for…Thinking that every4th day will still get some benefit from the prop.
You already know the answer to your own question. You know that prop should be injected EOD and therefore so should sus.
If you want to inject E3D or 2x/wk then switch to a single ester such as cyp or enathate.
Why not get the optimal benefits from the compound rather than just “some”. Its like saying I could do something half assed and get some half assed results or do something right and get the best results possible. I think your intelligent enough to make that decision.

True but if Testosterone Phenylpropionate (5 days active life) is smack in the middle of Prop and Cypionate as far as ester wouldn’t that carry them over to the next injection 4 days out?

**The easiest way to run Sust or Omnas- is a M,W,F shot Protocol. Just figure out what you want your cc’s to total for the WK, and pre-load your syringe’s accordingly. It’s a simple method, with pleasing results. If this is your 2nd cycle, then 1 amp x M,W,F will be very enjoyable. Did my first Sust cycle in 94’, with many to follow. It always worked great for me anyway. Good luck.
