I am about to start my cycle of sustanon 250. Here the basics, Im doing an 8 week cycle at 1 cc every 3 days. Im eating 6k calories a day along with 3 protein shakes. I will be working out on a 5 day split. I will finish with proper PCT. My goals are 30 lbs. Any thoughts or tips feel free to write.
Couple things… have you ever ate 6000 calories per day before? Many people claim they plan to eat that much but really do have no idea as how much eating is involved.
Why would you inject Sus E3D instead of EOD. If you only wish to inject that often then use a more suited form of test.
Saying your going to finish with a proper PCT means nothing. What do you plan to do?
You may in fact gain 30 lbs if in fact you do know how to train properly and do eat enough, however there is just no chance you will keep gain and keep 30 lbs of lbm.
I have done 5-7k for a long period of time.
It sucks. Milk and Beef are your friends on such a diet.
Oatmeal is the devil, he will fill your stomach for too long.
Yeah I have a pretty good idea what 6000 calories are, considering im 6’7 235 already with 9% bodyfat, me adding 2k calories will be no big deal at all. though my buddy has considered injecting me EOD with .75 CC instead of E3D with 1 CC.
EOD is generally going to lead to more stable levels, although I personally dont feel a huge difference.
With the different esters in Sustanon I would reccomend EOD over E3D, or in my opinion don’t use it at all. I personally don’t like it.
You may want to have an AI and some nolva ready even during your cycle. You may not need to use it but its something you’ll be glad you got if you end up needing it.
Sust is a funny one… I know decent BB’s never veering from 3x/wk injects - with gains as good as anyone else.
I personally used it (Omnadren actually) ED due to the prop - but i am anal like that…

I inject prop ED when I use it. That said, sust does have enough long esters in it that blood levels are never doing to fluctuate too low even with E3D injections. You’re going to get a lot more wavy line, but the trough is still going to be significantly higher than your natural levels of test.
However, I would still suggest ED or at least EOD injections to get the most for your money, especially in the first few weeks when the longer estered test is still building up. Just preload syringes to deal with the amp problem.
