Sus/Prop Cycle Help

Hey all looking for some quick advice. Basically i have 20ml of sus and 20 ml of prop (100mg/ml). Looking at running 8wk cycle. Doing 8 weeks as that’s when i have noticed benefits vs side effects start to sway with previous cycles.

My question is when i would i be best of to use the prop? run it along with the sus every second day, save it till end of cycle after last sus injection and up till pct?

You would be best off using the prop (and the sust for that matter) when you actually learn how to train without steroids.

Unless your lifts are in kilos, you really need to figure out how to actually lift weights before even considering gear. The fact that you have already done two cycles and still haven’t progressed more than my girlfriend’s warmup weights is a little disconcerting.

Haha sorry mate, lifts are in kg’s. Squat is a little average as ive had some knee troubles. All lifts are done raw.

I don’t really see the point in running 2 types of test. If I were you, I’d just run the prop.

that’s just my own personal take though, I’m sure others would do it differently

Ok got you…confusing when you give your weight in pounds then your lifts in kilos, without specifying.

RDS is right–no point in running two different types of test. Honestly, I have no idea why people even buy Sust–it just sounds overly complicated to me. Pick one and roll with it.

Nah mate from aus. Previously ive run enth @ 500mg/w and another of prop @ 700mg/w. i didt really rate the prop and the eod injections were annoying. Ive seen others with good gains off sus and had this kit given to me for next to nothing. I was thinkin due to the fact i need to wait 3 weeks after last jab to start pct, i could bridge that time out with the short acting prop, to kerp test levels/gains up?

I decided to ditch the prop. I now have sus250 and stanazol, which i am starting on monday as follows.

week 1-7 sus250 1.5ml/e3d (first shot 3ml front load)
week 7-10 stan 60mg/day
Nolva 11-12 40mg/day
Nolva 13-14 20mg/day

So to answer your question, it would be best to run it at the end of the cycle if at all…Sust has a short acting ester in it, so while you are administering it through the cycle it isnt needed, at the end of the cycle when you are waiting for longer esters to clear the body you could run the prop if you wanted to keep levels higher until a about 4 days before PCT. Now heres the deal, you really need to run the sust for 12 weeks to get the full benefits of the product, it comes on slow and doesnt kick in fully till around weeks 5/6. It also has as I stated a fast acting ester in it and to fully take advantage of it it should be administered EOD, if your not worried about it then 2wice a week is fine, both ways will work and depending on who you ask the preferences vary. 500mg/w would be a good dose and would, if diet and training is dialed in, give you some decent gains…If your stuck on this short run you proposed of 7/8 weeks then you really should run the prop at @150mg/EOD for 8 weeks. if you have some questions on this ask.
