Just found a 1 rep max calculator - never ever used one of those before. I punched in 250 x 5 and it gave me 292 which is a couple of lbs over my last ramp up in february which brought me to 285. Makes sense. Then I punched in what I needed to rep to get a 315 1 rep max… 255 x 8. Guess what Imma hit next week ![]()

unracking a bench press without a handoff is my main trouble training as well, see if you can get a spotter/liftoff sometimes. or train bench at the PL gym, I’m sure somebody there would help
