So just to let people in on the Frenchie game plan I have a meet in 4 weeks. I have gained 5 lbs since March 5th (last meet). Went from 154 to 159. Weight max must be 158. Planning to simply cut alcohol and junk food and indulge occasionally on the weekend. That should easily bring me to 157 in 4 weeks without diet or cardio and such.

ps use pre-wrap if you need too.

I need to start doing it too- taping my shins
between ladders, being an accident prone goon,
and kicking a piece of gym equipment while doing leg swings
my shins are a mess.

i was going to suggest athletic tape, too. i haven’t tried it but it was suggested to me (before i stopped deadlifting). socks would probably help, too. adding fitting layers, basically. probably won’t stop bruising, though :frowning:
