I think we all had fun with that picture, very nice work. grin
I find that using one lower hook than I ‘need’ to and setting up with my head annoyingly close to the hooks helps me keep my setup better. Or like you said, get a spot. Don’t reckon you’d have any trouble with that. ![]()

Last time I benched at the pl gym I had lift off for the heavier sets and went up to 140-145…
I was however, benching 135 for 5 strong reps in my “regular” gym back in january and that is what is driving me nuts…
I also lose tightness when I don’t get a hand off. Hopefully you can just ask someone in your gym.
I would save the LWI bench for the PL gym if you could help it…sounds like you’ve hit a little mental block of sorts…and at least you’d have help from peeps your trust.

it was a fun night at the PL gym tonight with not too many people. Had the rack to myself to ramp up slowly while 2 other women were doing bench with planks. We were spotting, calling depth, giving liftoffs. very cool. I really think you would dig this place MIM…
anywho after a long week/ day I was too tired to do much so I basically took plenty of time to work my squats.
shoulder disclocates, retard frog stretches and a dozen wall squats.

165x3 got depth on the first 2.
175x 1,2,1 - got depth barely.
185 2x1 - need to practice. Hit parallel but did not break it.
