Way to beast through those deads, Mainy, try bringing your grip a little closer together. When I pull sumo, at lockout my hands are directly in front of where my leg goes into my hips, about 10-12" apart. And when you lock it out (LWI), smash your hips forward as hard as you can. Once the bar comes over your knees, it should FLY up to lockout!
Was not planning on hitting the gym tonight after yesterday’s heavy deads but work should get pretty hectic this week so I figured I’d use the time I had. With today’s busy schedual, I didn’t eat enough. And a visit from aunt flo… not a stellar day but what the hell. I pushed around some heavy shit, I’m happy about that.
