160 x 4 - rep PR + 1. checked my vid and wasn’t happy with my depth on all reps

The squats just felt really good tonight. tried to have more speed - be explosive - but that was jeapordizing depth. aw well, 'tis the path choose to walk.

Barbell Glute Bridges
225 4 x 8 with 5 second hold on last rep of each set - rep PR +3

waiter’s walk
60lbs - take that Veggie! - only my right arm and only for 60 feet. Tried 3 times with my left and no go.
55lbs - 120 feet - left arm only.

There were just too many people at the gym today and this was even more dangerous than usual so I decided to hide in a corner and do some snatching.

Alternating Dumbbell Snatch
45lbs 1x12 - for each arm.
