I eat in the middle of the night all the time. Whatever. Need food, then eat. Greek yogurt + coconut milk sounds awesome. Have to try that.

I felt so ready to destroy it in the gym today after my weekend of forced rest and overeating.

Deadlifts:
135x12 - no chalk and belt
155x5
185x3
210x3
235 x12 rep PR + 7!!! did need some quick resets. Channeled some crazy Bruteness.
185x12 - no resets, felt easy. need to add weight to my finisher.

Front Squats:
bar x8
95 2x5 - used my belt after the 1st set for the first time on front squats and really liked it/
115 x3
135 5x1 - could probably have repped this if I hadn’t kicked it so hard on the deads.
105 x5

Leg Press:
4 plates total 3x8

Glute Hamstring raise 3x8

Cable crunches
85x12 - too easy must start heavier.
105x12
115x12
125x5

Overall happy with how 5/3/1 has forced me to start repping heavy deads. 5 weeks into it and I’m finally hitting my groove. When I started this I was totally pushing to get 3 reps out of 230lbs. yeah me!

Tonight I’m heading out to see “Les Grands Explorateur” basically a high quality filmn/documentary based on different travel itineraries. They project a new one every couple of months. Tonight I’m going to dream of Brazil.
