Bear - I hear what you are saying about the elastic but basically I’m so weak that even though I consiciously push out, which I was depsite what you saw, the knees give in badly.

Perhaps there is a better way to fight knee cave and once that is stronger try the bands?

or keep using the bands and keep fighting the knee cave which to me looks like I’m learning to squat wrongly?

I’m usually all about doing what you hate but this isn’t hate, this is fear of regressing now that I’ve gotten 2 steps forward on my freakin squats.

Cal/Joe - the amount of ass involved in one of those shots would make the camera esplode :wink:
