60’s 1x5 - PR by at least 10-20 lbs. Form however was a little iffy due to previous squats. Also I used wraps to focus on form and not on grip issues.
Overall pleased with my day. This deload week - total deload during my travels had left me itching to get back at it. I must remember the power of deloads… Watch me forget ![]()

That 3x160 wasn’t as bad as you seem to think and I bet it was one of the best looking squats done in your gym that day.

The depth was marvelous, and the lifts were strong! Only thing I saw was you bring your elbows down when you hit a rough spot to break past it, rather than keeping them pulled down the whole time.

Cal - not sure about the tree but they have moss growing over the trees that they call “grandpa’s beard”.
MIM- 60’s were totally an ego move. However judging by form on the 40’s, I’ll try bumping to 45’s-50’s next time.
Today’s homework stared with retard frog stretches then 30 minutes of wall squats.
Bear suggested I upgrade to stick on my back and band around the legs. The stick on my back was fine although I had to relearn to find my balance. The bands around my knees were terrible. I know they are suppose to remind me to push me knees out but really all they did was force my body to adjust to worse knee cave and cope with it. It felt really wrong. I’ll poste vids to show what I mean shortly. I honestly cannot believe this method is any good for knee-cavers.
