Yes, the split squats were awesome. You’re right that db dude could’ve set up somewhere else… but he mightn’t have had such a nice vantage point from which to view the sexy Frenchie butt from. Probably worth his ego.

I’m not keen on the morning lifting either. Only did it for the man when he & I were training together. I lift better later in the day too.

Sorry to hear about MIL. Man, I wish everybody could be healthy. Hope the hub is holding up alright.

The cold sweet call of the iron was too much to resist. My brain and body needed the fight so I wrapped up what I could for today and headed to the gym a little later than usual. Her kiss left me breathless, empty and happy :slight_smile:

60’s 1x5 - PR by at least 10-20 lbs. Form however was a little iffy due to previous squats. Also I used wraps to focus on form and not on grip issues.

Overall pleased with my day. This deload week - total deload during my travels had left me itching to get back at it. I must remember the power of deloads… Watch me forget :wink:
