Not bad considering my tripod decided to bust today. Need to get a new one. I was trying to get the right height and angles using stuff around the house; McGuivre Frenchie.
Also my remote was misbehaving something fierce. Guess it might need a new battery.
Cal - pants are spandex, takes no time. Boots are zipper, same thing. The corset; a couple minutes. I keep the strings tied properly to my waist ratio and simply untie 1 row of tiny bindings down the front.

closer stands wall squats look MUCH better. now, get the broomstick on your back and wrap that band around your knees to remind you to push your hips out and then forward, keeping your knees out the whole time.
