My job kinda needs me to be a jack of all trades.

Great boots and pants! I could never wear boots like that - I am a pussy when it comes to heels. They hurt my feet too much. I have a few pairs that have been gathering dust because every time I put them on, I regret it 5 minutes later when I realise I can’t walk without grimacing.

Oh and, I did end up making spaghetti squash because of that pic you posted. We ended up having it with shrimp and a “sauce” made with diced tomatoes and sauteed onions and garlic. It was gone in minutes.

around 2 dozen wall squats. Good news is now I am learning to keep my balance going up whereas before I couldn’t so this is kind of a PR +4 reps. Knees still wobly. Tried to bring in my feet a little as suggested by Bear regarding my ankles.

150x5 - not all of them were at depth. Need to work on that.

Total: 55 squats.

Prowler in the beautiful spring sunshine. My very first time pushing it! The first 50 feet I’m thinking, “this is a breeze” and then I had to bring it back. My legs were screaming and my lungs were on fire…Good times :slight_smile:

75lbs + 2 x 45lbs = 165 pushed over 100 feet x 3.

Prowler without weight pushed 200 feet.

I have a feeling this is the begining of a beautiful love/hate relationship. Should boost my squats to 900lbs right? lolz…

Wall squats are looking much better! Mine still suck…not shocking because I haven’t worked my ass off on them like you have. I need to warm up with wall squats BEFORE leaving for the gym, just like Frenchy does.
