Frenchie's Killer Queen Log

gym buddy offered to take the deads vid. In exchange I spotted for his bench. good gym manners go a long way.

as I mentionned before I have never repped above 225 and you can def see my form breaking down especially on the last one. tried to keep my resets quick.

and for Mistress Bree - your wishes are my commands

a PR for inspiration

Heavy dead reps are killer! your sumo form looks a lot like mine (not much quad action, mostly hips)

PRs are always nice even if you’ve never tried in that range - oh wait-a-minute, all PR’s are like that! so no down-playing your PR’s frenchie!

Very cool pix! Very cool work out! Very cool vids!

See a pattern?

My goodness woman, you are all legs aren’t you? Congrats on the PR!

no wonder your back looks like that! Nice deadlifts.

Looking strong Frenchie!

Love the vids. Nice work on the PR.

this angle makes my back look massive… gotta wrap my head around it. lol[/quote]

i LOVE your black screen, your pearls, and every single inch of you i see.

lifting looks like its doin what you want!

Excellent pictures as always Frenchie. And if by ‘massive’ you mean ‘amazing’, I agree.

My only comment on the deadlifts is “Get Some!”

beautiful pics. really liked the one with the pearls. great work on the deadlifts.

I love your determination!!!

Congrats on the PR. On the whole I thought your sumo form was pretty good. It always breaks down as you get more challenged but it was fine.

Soldog - yup gotta learn to use the legs more. Sit back more and fire those quads.

BG - hence my challenge in squating but I shall overcome. taller folks have managed.

Alisa, MIMs, Alex, Veggie, Kristophe, Joe - thanks!!

Bear - black screen in this case was a black piece of fabric anchored to a bookshelf. I didn’t feel like draggin out my whole kit. Total cost: 25$.

woke up a few times due to husband’s snoring but mostly slept the night through. so skipping the preworkout did the trick. I’ll just keep it for the weekend afternoon trainings.

My legs aren’t sore today so I’m debating between hitting them again or watching Sparticus which I’ve heard so much about…

I think my sumo form probably looks a lot like yours. I’m just a high hip DLer. Nice work. And beautiful pics.

Nice deads, and good on you for re-setting when your setup didn’t feel right.

Keep killing it in here!

LWI!

Holy shit. But does it hurt your back? This was both impressive and hot. Nice work!

Awesome PR N, so soon after a PL meet. Veeeerrry inspirational <3

Beautiful pics, nlmain. And great deadlifts. Very strong. Nice work!

Love the pics–very elegant and beautiful. And I agree with Nikki–I don’t see and post meet fatigue in this log. Strong training.
