Frenchie's Fromage

You hit the composition and framing just right on the last one to portray furry. That’s so hard, but you pulled it off! Nice work.

I’ll be cooking at home the end of the week, and will put salmon, dill and kale on my shopping list.

One word for your pics… Breathless…AWWWWW WTF 2 words, breathless & sensual. I’m not counting &.

Thanks Kimba - the better ones were the improvised ones. I had afew that I had planned and they turned out odd.
And there’s nothing like the smell of fresh dill.mmmm. Be generous when you through thst in. I had a full cup chopped.

Print - from you I will accept 2 words because you chose good ones.

So to continue this portrait saga I’ve also been mulling over Bear’s blood request. Issue was no matter how I tried the red blood doesn’t show up against black cardboard and I was not going to paint blood over my white walls. I got the idea of using white sheets so that will be in my future project. I’m thinking white sheets and surgical gloves. muahaha.

I was however inspired by Joe’s comment in Sama on Artemis - one of my favs in the greek goddesses pantheon. I do think that there are PW around that would be more fitting of the comparision but I was just play acting so humour me. Hence the following are a cross between hunter and something a little cooky and off the wall crazy.

the hunter

new moon craziness

crazy chef.

pics are awesome, I don’t know how you are subject and photographer, but you sure make it work well !

I am soooo stoked you found this new gym and the trainer sounds awesome…expecting big lifts from you once all the form is solidified. Yea, one wouldn’t think learning to squat would be so complicated, it took me quite a while to relearn it also.

have to ask though, are you squatting to the “loo” now too? lol

Oh hot damn, N!

Those pics are just…just…amazing!

You really do have super powers when it comes to photography (and training) don’t ever forget it!

I love the pictures - they have such a wild, primal feel to them.

This one.

crazay, but good!

Hunting fruit? Heh heh. Nice.

These are captivating! I love the Artemis - the wild huntress! Suits you perfectly.

LP: I’m one of those women who have no gradual need to pee. A minute ago I was okay, now I’m about to pee my pants. Hence I do not practice my squatting at the loo but I have dropped back (not down) numerous times a day to practice balance and posture.

Ink- superpowers, I wish ;). but thank you.

LS - that is exactly what I was going for. Pretty is easy. Interesting and original is, well so much more interesting.

Beast - glad to know some men are attracted to strength in it’s many forms.

MIm- thanks. and although I’m a little bit crazy, most of that was “acting” or portraying. not quite sure what the right word would be.

Cal - I just likes the way the clementines popped right out of the black background. Plus I had those from my groceries.

Masch - I aspire to be the huntress but really I’m just a geek with an RPG fetich. lolz.

Well this log is not ONLY about pics and food so here goes tonight’s stuff:

5 min walk to the gym warm up.
1 minute stretch hammies and achiles

Deadlifts
155lbs x5
185lbs 2x2
205lbs 2x2
225lbs 2x1
185lbs 1x5 - I was wondering why these felt so hard recently and basically I’ve been focusing on keeping my hips down and lifting with my legs. Truth is my upper body is stronger than my lower and I’ve been pretty much lifting with my back in the past.

Sumo deadlift 155lbs 1x8 - really enjoy those.

Squat Rehab
95lbs 1x2 - lost my balance on the 3rd rep.
95lbs 2x3 - was not happy with form, dropped the weight.
65 1x3 - again not happy. I was literally about to cry from frustration at this point.
bar (45lbs) 3x8 - form felt much better but damn what a blow to the ego.

Millies
65lbs 3x8

Leg press
250lbs 1x5
180lbs 3x8

wide grip cable pull down
85lbs 3x8

5 min walk back home as warm down
3 minute stretch hammies and achiles.

I much rather stretch at home. I’m thinking of finally getting my own foam roller. All this rehab, stretching and rolling is starting to make me feel grown up damn it.

get some more outside coaching before getting too down on yourself, we’re all our own worst critic!

I guess I’m not grown up yet because I don’t do the stretching/foam rolling/etc. that I should do and then wonder why I get these back spasms…

I heart my foam roller-you must get one! Don’t worry there’s nothing at all grown up about rolling around on one of those.

the foam roller is a must have, i progressed to a short piece of poly pipe after that (i think it was Dan John) who recommended it, i could be wrong) great for the lower body.

Foam rolling ftw! Though, I’m thinking of doing the pipe thing myself once my foam roller gets too squishy. It will last MUCH longer I’m sure!

yep, never wears out, hits spots the roller wont and way cheaper.
