print - thank you. I’ve finally reached a point where I can say “damn my hard work is showing!” and that’s what that smile meant. I don’t care if “people” think “big” arms on a woman is ugly. I have a nice defined back, poppin shoulders and smokin guns. screw what people think. before I would have worn longer sleeves to hide them but now I celebrate them and show them off.
Mim- thanks for the pep talk. managed to sleep a few solid hours last night. If I can do a repeat it might not tranform me into the kleenex monster. And please do send to the hubby before us. As for as I’m concerned he deserves it more than all of us thrown together. But tell him that sharing the Betty magic is good for the holiday spririts of all 
Kimba - why am I not surprised on the Channel spotting? It’s CoCo which is my first truly “womanly” perfume. I wear it in the evenings and a very light splash during the day in the winter time. In the past I always went for the fruity (DKNY apple or like pink bottle shown in the pic Moonsparkles by Escada or something vanilla sweet like Dreams by Anna Sui). I year ago I turned 30 and as a gift to myself I decided to hunt down a more mature smell, a little warm and sexy but also with a hint of strength. Anways. That’s how I smell CoCo. Plus Channel was an incredible business woman, something I want to emulate.

I thought that was a bottle of Coco. I wore that for a few years, but I really don’t wear any perfume anymore. Hubby is not a fan, and there are so many folks around with scent allergies that I eventually turned my beauty preoccupations elsewhere.

Back from 4 days of a nasty flu. it was so bad that only staring at my PC brought on massive snot exploding headaches. I basically spent the last couple of days listening to the travel channel and trying to sleep but waking up in a sneezy fit very 2 hours. blah. Finally last night I slept some solid block 11pm tp 4am and 4- 8am. I’ll probably grab a nap after lunch. I still look like scraps a zombie would vomit but I’m on the mend. I had so much to do before the holidays and this was my last weekend to get that done. dammit. Ah well one day at a time.
Now to catch up on a few days of banter and workouts. I’m hoping to see santa hat pics and PR’s 'round these parts!.
