Well we certainly don’t have it rougher this week! We’ve been pretty devoid of snow lately, and after that cold snap the temperature hasn’t been bad either. Honestly, I’m just happy if it is sunny.

If you can do it with bad form, then you can do it with good form.

I’m sure you’ll nail it next time you try, less ramping increments and a fresh mentality will get it for ya.

I was thinking today that we need to give ourselves a little escape route if this place goes belly up. Somewhere we could all regroup or somefin. Anybody has a suggestion?

115lbs 2x5 coach said my first set of these were the nicest she’s seen from me. Improvement is occuring.

3x10 - I actually did the first 5 of everyset on my own but needed a little help to finish them off. I have strong biceps but a weaker upper back which is what helps you with the last “oomph”. I’m working on that.

30lbs 2x 20 - I Hate fat grips! I have pussy grip and honestly I had to reset these too many times. Next time I’ll drop the weight to 25lbs.

Just thought I’d tell you guys that the pl meet is happening in March which I should be able to do. Also, I’ve ordered my first singlet along with the wrist wraps.

I’m about to break my pl cherry.

I doubt that a going commercial concern like T-Nation would permanently explode but we could setup a “Friends of Powerful Women” facebook club.
