Free Workout for Lurkers!

just thought to say hi.

Well here i am. Been lurker for quite a while, but seeing as my knowledge isnt that great here i never figured to join.

But now you have me. So lets get started shaw we?

Count me in, although I have posted before. Great site!

Have lurked off an on for a while now. My weight training has been sporadic over the last couple of years but have worked on running and cals quite a bit. I am currently in Iraq and started back lifting weights. Not optimal equipment but the basics are here. Love the site and all the great info.

I’ve been on T-Nation for a while. I think I may have one or two posts. Does that still qualify me as a Lurker?

been lurking for about 6 monthes but think its a great website. i mean just the fact that it has Charles P., Coach Sommer ,Christian T. and Dr. John Berardi in its authors list says alot. keep up the good work T-Nation!!!

I keep looking for new info that will make me look like a short Lou Ferrigno. Haven’t found it yet… not that I’ve used successfully anyway.

All Signed up and official now. I never bothered because I havn’t come across anything not already covered, I mean, how many times can people repeat: “Eat, Lift, Sleep… Eat Lift Sleep… EAT LIFT SLEEP.” I figure until I reach a plateau why create a log in that I’ll probably forget?

Anyway, now I get something out of it… been needing a new workout.

I’m a 23 year old Marine stationed outside philly. I’ve been lifting since I was about 15ish and have been lifting correctly (or as close to it) for about a few months now:) Really looking to put on mass and eventually “get ripped”. Putting up decent weights already (you could say I have good genetics) and have received a lot of help through random tips on the website - keep up the good work!

OK, fair enough. I owe it to T-Nation to get out of the shadows anyhow. After years of farting around with barely useful fitness-mag type info, I finally stumbled into T-Nation and started really learning nutrition and the right mindset for moving some metal.

I’m in this for life.
