KSMAN:
I have not seen any studies showing near supra physiological levels had any ill effects.
Is there data on >=1000, but less the PED levels?
Personally, I want to be in the 600-900 range from reading heart study. But what is the margin for error on the high side? Like the increase in cardiac /stroke by falling under 600 is well striking… But if there’s no negative to being slightly over then erring on the high side would be wise.
I agree that maintaining ones functionality should be the aim of health care. Improving quality of life is what is important. There is side benefit of reducing health costs and increasing contribution to society.
