Thanks for the conference call, I especially liked the four different perspectives on an intersection accident. The Canadian deportation story was humorous.

Hey, what a great conversation, learned a lot of great tips, i didnt have time finish the q & a section, but i just wanted to say thanks to Charles and T-Nation for putting this on, and i also wanted to enter the drawing for the dvd. thanks again!

Great interview Coach Staley! Really motivated me to go lift listening to the interview. Also made me want to analyze my workouts to see what I could add/change. I think I will try to integrate some O-lifts into my routine, once I figure out how to do them properly.

My stupid cell phone cut out during the Q&A. Coach Staley said the DVD was a one stop shop for EDT, sounds cool. I like to get it.
