A 60lbs+ gain since Feb while maintaining a respectable level of bodyfat. Impressive indeed! And, appears as if you didn’t get a single stretchmark. Even more impressive indeed!
Thanks. I will update with my cut and ask questions along the way.

lol wtf, I ate 4000 calories on my bulk and got to 30%bf, this ass eats 10,000 and probably doesnt get over 15%. This does not compute

That sucks, Paul, I am going to be moving it up to 3800 a day for myself next week. Also, wow Frank. That’s pretty crazy getting up to 10000 calories.

hey professor x what do you think of the intermittent fasting everyone is talking about ?!
I think I now know I don’t need to eat every 4 hours to keep the size I have. I also know there is no way I would be this size if not for those periods of HUGE eating and big lifting as my main focus.
So when you ask what I think…you have to understand that everything may have some use at some specific time. But no, I do not think that is what you should be doing if your goal is to really stand out in the gym.
If your goal is “bro abs” and a walk on role on The Jersey Shore, then by all means…fast away as your main strategy.
I am trying that diet after John Barardi raved about it in his articles. And it really doesn’t feel like fasting for me. I eat a lot during the 8 hour period and i’m not hungry at all the rest of the time. I think it’s because i just got off my bulk and my appetite is shit. But i’m already noticing good fat loss and my strength level is the same in the gym.

i don’t eat 10,000 everyday, and i am probably above 15 at the end of my bulk. So with my super fast metabolism, it probably computes

What would you say you averaged (calorically) over you 7mo bulk? Obviously you weren’t moonlighting as a marathoner… but we’re you doing two-a-days?

And to X, how long did it take for your body to adjust to a new weight?
It depends. It took longer the heavier I got. You are making that decision based on how you are performing. If you hit 200lbs and get more out of breath in between sets, that doesn’t always mean you have to drop weight. It could just mean you need to hold that weight for a few months until that becomes “normal” to you.
I found that about two months was a minimum time that I would hold a weight with about a year for when I was at my heaviest.
