I am not even want to know how much of this is true, but if you put all the narratives together, it would look like this.

That does not make any sense whatsoever.
lol

Because they aren’t actually compensating. If Prof X had REALLY tried, he’d be 500lbs with visible abs.

That would be genius, now that I think about it.

He actually did a “should I bulk or should I cut” thread, didn’t he?

To take an easy example, Arnold was genetically “gifted” as hell (and, incidentally, not black). Yet there isn’t a soul on this site who would discount the fact that there are few people who’ve ever inhabited planet Earth who worked harder to reach the level he did.
Not totally relevant but I’m reading a history of bodybuilding book called Muscle and apparently the unwritten rule in pro-bodybuilding was that you needed German or black bloodlines to go far in the sport.

They use to tell Mentzer all the time that he was the best non-black bodybuilder and it use to piss him off royally.

I’m really enjoying this book.

I wasn’t aware that stating that black people are genetically gifted when it comes to muscle growth is racist. I see this as a myth, and sometimes as a ‘‘positive’’ stereotype. And if that’s racism, then that’s not the type I’d pull my race card for. No sir. Also, it makes so much sense to me as to why BB was being so careful with his words.

There’s no such thing as a “positive stereotype.” Through your statement you are also saying that non-blacks are thus inferior to blacks when it comes to muscle growth.

Love this thread, Franky.

You don’t get it…it ALL comes easy.

We literally have to stop ourselves from gaining anymore muscle by avoiding outside activities in the snow and/or hockey.

I know you don’t hold back, that’s why I said you probably wouldn’t care if I had a problem with you. Which I don’t. I probably took it wrong what you wrote. This whole time I was thinking like… Arnold is big, and ‘gifted’ and we have all seen the video proof that he had to bust his ass to get to where he was and it was hard work. I then read race being brought up, and had to say something. Oh well, it’s over for me now. Peace /
Peace to you too, dix.

You have no idea how heavy and unbalanced a hyoooge penis can be when there’s no big muscles else where. Thanks god, all what they got to do is to pick a dumbbell and muscles will instantly explode in size.

Is that a common thing that people think? I guess it would make sense for like the “lay-person” to think since I would pretty much agree that there is a “positive stereotype” that black people are naturally athletic. But that’s different than being big and strong. I see a lot of black dudes who are lean and well built and agile and athletic and shit, but I don’t see a lot of black dudes deadlifting 700lbs. and shit like that.

For me, the genetically gifted for gaining muscle and strength stereotype gets applied to Northern and Eastern Europeans, and Russians maybe. Actually American white dudes are really good at powerlifting and strongman too, for whatever that’s worth. If you look at all the strongman winners, most of them are motherfucking vikings or Poles or Latvians or whatever the fuck. Big fat white guys put on muscle and strength easily.

If anything it seems like black dudes have to work harder for it. Someone ask Mark Felix how easy it was for him lol. I love that guy.

Woah i had no idea this thread went on!

I’m going to go back and read the posts but I just want to share with you guys some new videos:

Finally reaching 200!! (199 to be exact)

and after debates about the difficulty of the violin, I had decided to make a video of it.

Congrats on not quite hitting 200! (^^)v

Woa. You’re fucking unrecognisable.

This motivates me more and more to get bigger and bigger and even much stronger.

Even your ass got huge, Frank.

Hey Frank, you are looking good and as entertaining as always. I’m always happy to see you’ve posted a new thread.

Also happy to hear it looks like you won’t be spending any time in jail for your stunt, err, living art installation. Please take care of yourself. Life is fun and every day is a gift, unless that life happens to be inside a Chinese prison.

If the only thing keeping you from bulking up further is a worry about your insulin levels, then please stop worrying about them. There is a pretty big difference between a planned, executed bulk and just becoming a sloppy, sedentary fatass with type 2 diabetes. If what you are doing is working for you and you are happy with it, keep going. If you want to lean out and see where you’re at, do that. I have found that the longer I stay at a higher weight, the better “quality” of muscle I seem to have. That’s a weird way to put it, but I have been the same weight for a long time now, yet I continue to make changes toward an ever better physique, am far more dense than I used to be, much leaner year round (always have visible abs now), and I can eat sloppier while maintaining and even continuing to improve my physique. And my blood work always comes back looking great. Granted, I am assisted, but I don’t think the underlying principles are so different.

In any case, I’m positive that if I’d decided to lean out every time I got a little bigger than I ever had, I would not be nearly so far along as I am now. Patience and perseverance win this game.

Oh yeah, and jaw harp is the hardest instrument, you bunch of pussies.
Great post. Agree 100%.

Most of the people talking about insulin levels don’t seem to be basing their comments on actual science anyway.

I would like for one person to prove that insulin levels are somehow driven into the negative as a direct reaction to body fat levels in everyone no matter how fat they are or their activity level or age.
This is great ! thanks i will keep bulking, but slower and cleaner now that my bodyfat percentage is at an all time high as well! 205 - 210 and ill report back and a new thread for cutting
