Fractional Strength

I read that Henrique article, and after watching videos of Ronnie Coleman, i think that i’m happy to be lifting 1/4- 1/3 of what that guy can, on some lifts. Obviously i’d prefer some favourite lifts to go higher, but looking up at the peak of performance, and with my fingers in lots of other un-strength-training-related pies, it’s not so bad.

I thought we were about to go to war when I read the title. Then I realized it said Fractional.

Close one.

So fractional strength is now a term for your percentage of ronnie coleman’s lift numbers? Cool. My fractional strength in the squat is 1/2. NICE WHEEEEE mmmm pie

LOL

My fraction is pi.

I thought pi was a decimal.

Well, fuck, now we have fractional AND decimal strength?

Somewhere, a whole group of midgets is high-fiving each other about how strong they just instantly got.

Pi can be a fraction 22 over 7, that makes Zap the strongest man in the world. I estimate your at squat 1760 lbs for 2 reps

Wait wait wait. So if for some reason no longer have legs, does that make my bench press better?

Pi can be approximated as 22/7.

beangs?

You all got a bit silly, didn’t you? All i’m saying is, someone has to be the best, and in this game, it’s not me. Therefore i’m happy being ‘fractionally strong’. The fractions aren’t small, don’t get me wrong. Fuck a decimal

Is that coping mechanism?
