congrats on not being fat anymore, lol. This is my first time seeing this thread. If I had been around in 07, I would have ripped you for excessive fat gain in your original ā€˜transformation’. But you look good now. Easy to see you’ve been putting in work. Sounds like strength isn’t really a priority on a general level, so I wouldn’t worry about those numbers. If you decide it IS important to get substantially stronger, I suggest looking into some Strongman-style programming. Or a basic Powerlifting template like 5/3/1. You won’t push your numbers up significantly training like a bodybuilder.
