I just share. Not a professional of anything. I was a fitness trainer in the Military. Now I’m 55. Few joint injuries that I managed. But I’ve trained with high level of intensity my entire life. I only recently tried some Sustanon 250 and Deca. Because I live in Asia. It’s easy to get what you want. I see… That if you have a deep solid foundation of training. Years and years of experience and high work levels of tolerance to all training. Just the slightest introduction of anything… The body just goes Boom!
That Boom is like a cherry on top of a highly conditioned cake that is in great shape with or without it. For me… I’m just loving the journey of it. Training for the love of it. I’m 6 ft 1. 105kg. Healthy weight. So I tell younger guys… Take your time… Pay your dues on the mountain before looking for the top too soon.
Anyway… Like I said. I’m no professional. But I’ve always trained like every day was the last. I got some Anavar coming soon. Looking forward to seeing how that goes. Little.
