I’ve posted at Eric Talmant’s log and he said that he usually base his training intesity and volume depending on how he feels for the day. But he also told me that Dave (Tate??) and him will be writing an article about it too.
Anyway, are you really a member of the danish national jr pl team! That’s awesome! Congrats!

Well Type2B I will try and figure out a routine that makes since and still allows me to try high set singles My logic was behind the exercise selection was incline bench(chest), military press (because I am training for strongman and overhead press is very important) and dips(to completely fatigue my triceps) if I am so totally off on exercise selection help me out a little bit.
