Looks rather easy, what’s your max?

I haven’t attempted a 1RM. I just started Wendler 5/3/1 using a projected max of 225 for 10 reps. I’m shooting for 315 here within the next 3 months or so. Plus I get nervous trying to go to failure with no spot

Other than maybe get a smidge deeper it looks pretty solid. Get some heavier attempts on video :slight_smile:

Maybe make some wood blocks that sit about 2 inches below your parallel so that if you need to dump the bar you can safely bail out.

Thats a good idea. I’ve been wanting to pull the trigger on a Rogue squat stand with spotter arms. I’ll be shooting for 300 within the next couple weeks

I’ve always had issues with gettin deep, not sure if its a flexibility thing or what
