295 pounds, max is ~330.
Things I know I used to do wrong…hips rise too fast, lower back curves, shoulders in front of bar, hips too low, didn’t use valsalva maneuver consistently, did not tense my lats and body.

looks solid to me. Would have to be more weight to see much form breakdown, your form looks great and the rep looks easy.

Great to hear. Until recently I was going up in weight but kept making big mistakes then I was watching Clint Darden and I was like “…oh”
I’ll post a heavier deadlift soon then.
