Form Check Deadlifts

Have you been getting coaching ? It’s a lot better than my form . I think taller people tend to start with higher hips.

No coaching no, I’ve just read the most things I could and watched a lot of how to’s on youtube and then filmed every rep I do and try to mimic what “right” looks like. That was going to be my next step if I couldn’t figure it out, and still could be later in time to get more efficient and better
