I have some torn meniscus in.my left knee from falling off a stability ball. It rarely bothers me.
I have a bad right shoulder from a niche hobby of bending heavy duty Powertwisters i.e. springs. But I have stopped bending pronated. A few falls too on ice and trying a one handed handstand lol.
To answer directly I am moving towards around 6 rep sets for lower body. Upperbody is often around 8 to 10 reps.
I train sets of 10 on the Powertwister with the hope of bending the Itte 100kg gold some time next year.
I am starting to addresses my weaknesses biceps and hand strengths . I will be doing some arm specialisation toom
