Note that I have had spinal problems in the past year - 3 slipped discs in thoracic area and looks like now I have a current lumbar disk problem…I haven’t been able to deadlift well at all, so if you see anything bad going on with the few reps I can do with that, please let me know. I can squat a bit better now ![]()
