Anyone done the said challenge as 3 day version? Obviously not the same, but still challenging for sure.
Option 1:
4 days in a 9 day weekspan, extending the challenge to 12 weeks+deloads, or
Option 2:
Pair MP on DL day, and keep the rest the same.
Leaning towards option 2, I feel 4 months challenge might get rather stagnant…
