Are those your new training outfits? ![]()
Maybe I can better convince the hubby to train with me if it were at home and I was in nothing but undies. 0_0

Don’t keep a log right now. I’m mostly a lurker, and have been since 2008, but I’m becoming more active on the boards as I come back from a recent injury. Anyways, I’ve been around long enough to remember when they thought you were a man. But, you definately don’t look like a dude to me! ![]()
Hi Oleena -
nice forms, and great pics.
thanks,
you’re awesome~

lol. The first video post attempt was a fail, so I uploaded it onto youtube and posted it above. It’s kind of funny because I was going for sexy with the shirt off, but between the bathroom fan, the bird tweeting, Shot Caller playing, and me grunting while looking like casper, I think I might have missed.[/quote]
I know i’m all late, but DID NOT MISS! Sexy as all hell!

Just…wow. I really have nothing clever or sexy or relevant to say here. Other than wow!
GuerillaZen- LOL. I still think it’s funny that people still often assume I’m a man based on how I post. Internet gender FTW.
Edgy- No problem
BK_Jetsfan- Thanks ![]()
MIM- You should totally try that! I actually don’t train in those
Most of the time it’s naked or sweats. I don’t like exercising in underwire bras. lol.
Today: Slowly, but surely got back on track. It took forever to get my brain to focus, but I think the worst is over now and tomorrow will be better. Stayed on schedule about 60% of the time…
Points:
breakfast: 20
lunch: 25
dinner: 20
Shake: 20
85
workout&walking&exercises+bridge&core work-45
Total: 130
Workout:
80lb push-press 5 reps x 6 sets
90lb bent-over row- 10 reps x 6 sets
wide-grip pullups- first 3 sets 5 reps, then 3, then 4&4
that’s some impressive wide grips!
I am admiring your bent over row.
WHICH GRIP YOU USE?
I need me some good bent over row work. It’s weak-sauce right now…

Awww yeah mirin your bent over! Mirin HARD!!!
Spock- I used a pronated grip on the bent-over rows and row it into my belly button area. I try to stay pretty parallel with the ground, but am probably at a 3-5 degree angle (it looks flat in my reflection in the window, lol).
Hallowed- lol. And the weight’s pretty good too, right? ![]()
Cho- Thanks. They felt a little stronger than last week, even though I only had a 2 rep overall improvement.

Weight? There’s weight?

Oh indeed! I don’t actually DO bentover rows but that looks Hella legit!
Today was not a good physical health day, but it was great in many other ways.
I had my volunteer thing in the afternoon and ended up having to fill in for another person (again. I should get a great letter of recommendation for working 2 volunteer positions at once nearly every time I’m there) in addition to doing my regular job.
One of the girls I’m working with loves talking about her bunnies. Today we got to hear about how “My littlest one pooped her babies out the side of the cage in between the bars and they died.” I couldn’t keep a straight face. Where do you start with that? lol.
Today the girls I’m assigned for the horse interaction part of the program got into their first squabble ever over who got to clean a dirty patch of fur on the horse. They both were adamant that they should be the one to scrub her clean. This goes to prove that I work with the nicest kids in the world, as they could have fought over who got to ride first, or many other more pleasurable activities. But no. It was all about who got to do the dirtiest job they were assigned.
Some other, more personal, family things have also been going well, and I’m starting to get on top of the school load.
The problem today with food stemmed from the fact that we’re still snowed in and ran out of some things. I’m hoping this stuff melts soon.
Breakfast: 20
lunch: -5 (don’t ask lol)
protein shake w frozen peas and nuts! Serious!: +20
spaghetti for dinner: +10 +5 fat +5 veggies (broccoli on side) -5 carbs: +15
Protein shake as above: +20
walking everywhere twice today: +10
today: 80 ![]()
I still love horses.
I grew up taking care of and riding them towards sunsets <3
Sounds like you get to take a breather…Isn’t Spring break coming up too?

LOL yeah. We set up our spare bedroom into a little training center and it’s more comfortable that way. And yes, I have gotten bruised because of this, but the boyfriend got used to those bruises years ago and it’s winter right now.
I volunteered at the zoo pony barn all through my youth and first adult years (the last couple were for pay) and it’s my favorite thing in the world. It kept me sane during the hardest years of my life (so far).
I found one of the ones I cared for during those 6 years on craigslist a year after the barnshut down for $100, and bought him because I was scared he would go to a terrible home for that price. I now share him with on of the other girls I worked with at the zoo, and she has two of the others, so they are enjoying a carefree retirement because of us ![]()

Damn Leena, this is like tear/smile inducingly cute and sweet and jusy beyond. You are awesome.

And here is from about a year after we adopted him off of craigslist. He is so adorable! But naughty! It took about a year to get him to stop trying to run everyone over and stop trying to run off with people. He developed some bad habits between the pony barn and us adopting him. But he’s an angel now.

Aw thanks
Here’s one of the ones my “pony mama” takes care of. She’s much sweeter than the other two (who are shetlands, of course) lol and they gang up on her if we don’t keep him separate. She loves her pony mama.
